That was at the Spring Formal in Tempest (S1, finale episode). Clark was waving good-bye to Lana and Whitney as they drove off to the bus station. Whitney had enlisted in the army.

I stopped at Borders today to try and pick one up, but they still had the old ones on the shelf.
I'm going out tonight.. so I'll stop somewhere else and see if they it. I like that magazine, even if it is 90% ads. They do some great photo shoots, including what may be my favorite Tom one.

How did he have time to go to Martha's vineyard whilst shooting two movies?

He was in Toronto still, probably, so not far to go it was a weekend i think

I don't think anyone should share pictures like that without asking the permission of the people who are in it, private album or not ...

The fact is that Tom isn't the only one in the picture; he may not care about being posted all over a message board, but the girl with him might!

You're right, I never thought about it that way, I guess when I see Tom all sense goes out the window.
