“Transformers 3″ Chicago Filming Dates: July 16 – August 23
Chicago Hot Blog will do the best possible work to keep you updated on any news about current “Transformers 3″ Filming Schedules. Here are the latest “Transformers 3″ Chicago Filming Schedule updates:

Sat July 31 & Sun August 1
Upper Wacker Dr between Wabash and State. Helicopter aerial photography unit will also be flying in vicinity.

STREET CLOSURES
-Wacker Dr will be closed between Wabash & State – 8pm Friday July 30th through 5am Monday August 2nd
-Wabash will be closed between Wacker & Lake - 8pm Friday July 30th through 5am Monday August 2nd

SPECIAL EFFECTS
The Chicago Fire Dept and Chicago Police Dept will supervise use of special effects and pyrotechnics, including:
-simulated gunfire
-smoke
-fireballs
-explosions

HELICOPTERS
For brief periods between the hours of 8am – 8pm on both Saturday & Sunday, helicopters will be used for aerial photography along the Chicago River and in the vicinity.

Indeed. It's the right shade of blue...question is, if it's not Wheeljack, who else could it be? Basing off color is hard, because many autbots are different colors from their G1 parts.

Apparently a movie can either be of Star Wars Prequels or Blade Runner level
There is no in between quality level of Galaxy Quest, Star Trek '09 etc.

Jar Jar was equally as offensive as the Twins, maybe less so.
