it could b fake but it doesnt matter how ''primitive'' it looks .

there are more stages when it comes to concept painting. the first concepts are very primitive to nail the idea of the director down. then every painting gets more detailed. and then at the end tehy paint a detailed painting and they make a 3d suit for reference for ILM.

That's very true, I remember seeing early concept art of all of the early Star Wars films, and they made huge changes, that what this pick feels like, if it is real, it feels like a early concept work to start off with and refine.

On the Ultimate 2-Disc Edition of Iron Man under concept arts of Iron Monger there are some good ones of Crimson Dynamo.
The only major change is that the eye hole is one slit and the hands and chest glow red.
I like it like that because otherwise it would be quite similar to Iron Man.

I doubt they will go with that design though. I think it might be a more compact version but just a tiny bit larger than Iron Man.

On the link the designs of CD are 6-12.
But the one i'm really talking about isn't on there!

In Iron Man 1, the Crimson Dynamo was the original planned villain. The Mandarin or a stand in was the pilot. They retooled the plot, but kept the design. The Iron Monger armor *is* the Crimson Dynamo armor. They made a few changes like the helmet and the power source.

Was just about to post that. You beat me to it. I don't know why they always say Whiplash, it has not been confirmed yet, its pretty much a rumor, and they covered what Mickey said. Its like they want to keep it a secret. Is Whiplash even Russian?
