Look on the bright side. Snyder is a controllable director. He's a puppet for WB. I just hope Nolan guides him to stay away from certain pitfalls (cough...too much slow-mo...cough). Before anyone brings up the slow-mo in Inception, I will remind you that the slow-mo in that film actually had an impact on the story. The slow-mo in Watchmen was just a director's indulgence.

Solid choice ( was hoping for Jones or Reeves), but alot of people really were hoping out of all the directors that he didn't get it. Dark Knight will be thrilled when he reads the news.

Besides before Batman C Nolan wasn't known really outside forums, now he is considered the best Director in the industry.
