I don't see why it wouldn't be okay. If someone comes after you on the Hype claiming to be from Fox, take it with a pinch of salt.

Legally you're not inclined to do anything before you consult your lawyer, who will have to have a real contact with the legal department on the other side, and I doubt you'll get in trouble. After all, they wouldn't waste money, resources and working hours just for two pics.
