It's a clip of Jimmy goofing around, it's between Jimmy's Famke impersonation and the "help me!!!" sign. Some people say it's Jimmy impersonating Ray Park, but I've never seen the connection. It sounds to me exactly like it's subtitled.

for me , he was saying something about his lences ... he had to use because with the laser that made cyclops power , were red and his eyes blue ... because of this , Scott's eyes wouldn't appear ... so they made him use brown lences ...
