I still think it's an inbuilt inpulse that men just cannot resist.
Uh... and Scott and Rogue? Because they had all that screen time togther..... (As far as my recollection goes, they only appear in the same room three times in two movies)? Poor old Jimmy.... has to make out with the ugliest shruken horse of a woman on Ally McBeal and then gets a role so tiny in X2 you could fit it in your pocket and have space for change..... (And he seems like such a nice guy....) My brother's friend pointed out how X2 proved that Cyclops could have been dead and gone and nobody noticed.
And am I thew only one (As much as I love Jimmy's cotton socks) who would've liked to see Jim Caviesel (sp?) play Cyclops. It would've balanced out the age differnce between him and Jean, and, well, he looks like the type of guy who could run a school, lead the X-men, threaten and get threatened by Wolverine and rope in Jean Grey, without looking like an arse for doing it.
