I'm sorry Girls. There was this big DRAMA about the photos because the place I was kiping them from contacted me and told me to stop distributing them as they weren't supposed to be posted in a public forum like this.

So I got a MAJOR hand slapping by the webmistress as she threatened to phone up FOX' legal eagles on my ass for them. I freaked out so I stopped posting them.

If Fox would have a problem with it, they'd first go after Hype, not you. They'd ask Hype to give you a warning, and if that doesn't work, they'll find out your location and name by your IP address, after which they will send you a written warning.

Before you get a written, legal warning, you're not in any real trouble. But before that, they'd contact Hype first. A message on a messageboard is no legal warning, since you have no way to verify the accuser's indentity, which is required to make a solid accusation.

I'd take anyone claiming to be a Fox representative with a grain of salt. Especially around here.

I got really scared but actually the girl I do know at that website is very connected to Fox but I think she just didn't want me to post them anymore. It's good to know that it would be the Hype that takes the blame and not me.

I actually got the Email in my private email regarding this matter so I just didn't want any more trouble than I bargained for. I'm quite jumpy when people scream "legal" or "lawyers" LOL!!

I don't doubt legalities and lawyers might a very possible outcome, but you'd have every right to get a lawyer's opinion of your own, and the case can most definately be resolved peacefully. If it would come to that, and I doubt it would. Mirko would clear his throat if there was a problem.
