Hmmm...if it's not getting a Canadian release, that doesn't bode well for a UK one either.

Well the Uk doesn't have the same barriers to releasing it that Canada does. Like having to print a new box with French text and a French instruction booklet. Like geography, Canada has about the same population as Spain but 15 times more area. So retail operation cost more. That is you got to have more stores that need to be staffed, and serve smaller poulations.

That's a very good point. With Canada being right next to the US you forget about stuff like that. Or I do anyway.

I agree....I'm not liking the look of this show.....but I'll give it a shot to see if the stories are any good.

Well I think they look great. They were designed by the guy who did Teen Titans. Which I also liked.

I didnt like the look of Teen Titans ether but some of the stories were pretty good.

I also was not a big fan of the look of the titans...but they kinda made it work.....but for Transformers I don't think it can work....I think these are the first transformers that don't look lie they can actually Transform.


I think Hasbro`s got thier work cut out for them when they try to make figs based off of this show

That's the thing though. The animation models and figs were designed together. And strictly speaking they are all ready made. Production from the factories is starting up. And these test shots are being stolen from factories in China and sold on teh evil-bay.

Looks worse than pretty bad to me. *gags*

I just don't see what the fascination is right now with making EVERYTHING stylised? Transformers, Spider-Man...what's the need? Teen Titans is the only show that has managed to pull it off, & pull it off well, in my opinion.

I might watch a few episodes to see what it's like before totally condemning it, but I won't get my hopes up.

So, my Transformers movie collection is pretty much complete. I'm just waiting for Megatron and Blackout from Rough (my goodness it takes a long time for mail to come from Canada to the States) and then I may lay off 'Formers for a bit. I'll get the Robot Pals (or Heroes...whatever) until the new animated line comes out.

They look pretty rockin.

I'm still trying to decide what of the Animated stuff I'm going to get. But Blitzwing and Soundwave are mine! They just don't know it yet. I'll probably get earth form Megatron and Prime too.

I'm not to crazy about Cybertron Prime....but I'm trying to get every Prime I can get my hands on so I probably will.

I've just been looking around this site at all the original Transformers from when I was a kid. So cool trying to find all the one's you had. Even remembered some I'd forgotten all about. Turns out I had Devastator. Or parts of him anyway. up:

-Astrotrain
-Octane
-Devastator(or at least parts of it)
-Seawing
-Quake
-Astro Squad

That's all I can remember right now but I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting.
