The Products' OFFICIAL Transformers Thread for us to ramble on and on about TFs

I still can't get over the fact we're in the second season of the show, and still are talking about release dates.

Someone at Habro is either very smart, or very stupid.

Hasbro was, from what has filtered out from botcon, gonna launch Animated toys in March-April. But retailers (read: Wal-Mart and Target) wanted more movie (as it was the biggest selling TF line since Armada) so they convinced/forced Hasbro bump the launch date to June. It did net us the premiums though. Which otherwise wouldn't have happened.

Would I be considered a bastard if I bought the Premium Megs only to carefully open the package, take out the better new Megs and put in the first Megs and then return it???

Yes. I wouldn't go as far as some people, who have an urge to murder people who do that.

i'd salute you.
Indeed. I certainly can't blame you for wanting to basically "exchange" a crappy Megs for another one with the quality it should've had from the start. But that's just me.

Despite saying earlier that I had no interest in him, I got Animated's Cybertron Megatron today. His jet mode is a bit of a joke (it's basically a lump), but his robot mode looks really good, despite his oversized gun. His poseability is a bit 'meh'; it's certainly not on the same level as Prowl, but it's better than Bulkhead. I'd grade Megatron, in terms of poseability, a bit higher than Bumblebee. He looks nice, but there are definitely better Animated toys - if you're going to pick any one voyager, pick Starscream.

I think thats the only one in the line I don't plan on actually getting.

I bet he's the only one released here for like, a month.

WHEN the eventually release them.

So it looks like Wal-Marts in California and Nevada are putting out TFA stock. The first wave of voyagers (and Grimlock), the first two waves of deluxes, and the two pack were sighted in various Cali Wal-Mart locations.

A little more patience a week or two they'll be at saturation.

When are the Transformers Animated toys being mass released in the UK?

I know the Battle Begins double pack was released in some Toys R us stores, but my local store didn't recieve any.

Seriously guys, When are they coming? The wait is now killing me slowly from the inside. It's blowing my ****ing mind and I'm about to go ape **** on a bunch of un-suspecting TRU staff. You hold their lives in your hands!!!

DO THE RIGHT THING!

yaaaaaaay :)

Well, with the majority showing me support I shall be doing so this weekend. Sadly I think I was gonna do it whether I had support or not. Unless somebody said they'd sodomize me with Scoponok. That woulda swayed me fast.

When I think about it, I hated the movie TF's.
I only ended up getting ironhide and starscream.

I didn't really like Ironhide to much.

I dunno, they where cool for a while, but then they got boring.
I wasn't into the extra toys that got released, new molds or not, I just wasn't into the idea of having Transformers movie toys that wernt part of the movie.

I'm not saying they where bad toys, to the people who got them, I just didn't really like them.

Aside from Premium Megatron (I've only seen one so far, but didn't have any money on me at the time, and I've been searching like mad ever since :cmad:), I've got all the movie toys I wanted, plus Landmine on Syn Mercenary's recommendation (and he is a pretty neat little guy).

Also, I haven't seen any two-packs of Animated toys or Grimlocks around here yet. Everything else (the voyagers and 2 waves of deluxe's) is sitting on my shelf. Speaking of which, I need to build a new shelf.

I just can't grasp my want for the TF:A toys

In fact, when I got them, I'll post pictures of me hugging them all
