Be warned, I'd wait for the Leader toy of Bulkhead if I were you. The Voyager one is kind of a dud, IMO. I love all of the other Animated toys, though; and I've even started to grow a fondness for Megatron's alt mode.

The thing is though, Leader bulkhead isn't as show accurate as the Voyager one. I need to justify the purchase of him. The only reason I'm getting Leader Megs and Ultra Magnus is becuase they are full of awesome and there isn't a variation of either in a lower class mold.

Plus, I hate the buzzsaw on Bulkhead

Yeah, I can definitely see where you're coming from on that. For me, it's a question of scale and poseability versus show accuracy. The Voyager BH is almost a brick compared to the other toys from the line (his arms being the only things with decent poseability), and he's utterly puny compared to other characters that he should be towering over. Still, he is a helluva lot more accurate to the toon than his Leader counterpart, so it is a real tradeoff if you've got to chose between one or the other.

Another thing I'm considering is the fact Lugnut is also mini sized, and I wanted to pose him and BH fighting and such, so thats something I need to consider.

Is anyone watching the show on the net by the way? the UK are two episodes ahead of the US now, the episodes should be on fantransformers channel on youtube.

I actually just finished watching Autoboot Camp a few minutes ago. I'm going to watch Black Friday tomorrow after work.

I figured that Longarm was the traitor, and I knew that Shockwave would show up eventually, but I didn't expect them to be the same bot. Damn good episode.

Also, Sentinel Tick never ceases to thoroughly entertain me. t:

It really was a good episode, and considering it was centered around Bumblebee, thats saying something.

Black Friday isn't as good, but Grimlock gets a crap load of one liners that made it for me.
Other people have complained and said they found them out of place and silly, and I can see their meaning, I just found it light hearted and hilarious.

Just got my first of the Animated toys. Went with Megatron. I'm really impressed. He seems pretty sturdy, good stiff joints...overall, waaaaaaaaay better than the movie toys. I hope to get Prowl later this week.

Saw these today at Wal Mart. They look pretty solid. My fav outta what I saw was Grimlock. He looks pretty damn good. Starscream also looks cool, just wish he were in some G1 colors.

Heh, during my (still) ongoing search for Animated Grimlock, I stumbled upon an unexpected surprise at one of my local Wal-Marts: Transformers Universe Prowl, Sunstreaker, and Tankor. I decided to pick up all three, and I am pleased.

i have yet to see animated grimlock as well. i'm hesistant to pick him up because of the reviews i've read of him. but the problems i read about may have been an isolated incident. does anyone here have him?

Canadian release dates are now different than the US ones for the deluxes anyway. The universe deluxes wave 1 just got released this week.

Yeah, I'm really liking all three of them. Of course Octane's (I refuse to call him Tankor anymore) altmodes have to have some compromises, as any triplechanger's vehicles do, but they're both still pretty nifty.

And honestly, the only reason I picked up Sunstreaker is because I'm quite fond of his current role in the Transformers comics (creepy Headmasters rule!). t:
