The Flash The S.T.A.R. Labs Thread

S.T.A.R. Labs seems like it's going to have a pretty major role in the series, considering that the particle accelerator was the cause for Barry being struck by lightning, and that three of the show's castmembers will have a direct connection to it. I wonder what kind of sci-fi concepts from the DCU might be introduced through the show's use of S.T.A.R. Labs...

I think Star labs could serve as a early prison for super criminals whose power wouldn't allow them to be housed elsewhere. Another possible story for Star Labs is the Parasite. I know he's a superman villain but he could work on Flash in same manner.

Oh wow they're referring to the large hadron collider, that's cool.

Hopefully it won't be one of those science = bad type stories though
