Thought this was weird myself. Still expect more to come from that. If not, then it was the worst plot convenience ever. Especially considering how much Riley was around. The neighbor girl never noticed her before??

Even if she's seen Riley, she'd have no reason to know about her suicide scars or her tattoo. It's not like she was with her husband when he saw Riley's body--he only described her identifying marks.

I don't know why Fox paired '24' up with 'House'. I really hate House, but Fox seems to love it. They should have paired 'House' with 'Lie To Me' or 'Fringe' and left the TSCC on Mondays before '24'.......

Completely agree there. They pretty much killed TSCC.

did you not read the post?? I said its about subject matter....prior to Terminator and DollHouse being in those two spots...Fox had "Are you Smarter than a 5th Grader" and "Don't Forget the Lyrics" and both of those shows did extremely well in the Friday night spot.....I believe Friday was Foxs second or third most watched night then.....If I recall, Millenium ran for 3 seasons....that's reasonable success....

I think it has more to do with the target demographics. I may be wrong but 'Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader' and 'Don't Forget the Lyrics' sound more like family shows and young viewers (who're less likely to be out on a Friday night) as opposed to teens and young adults.

TSCC is hardly dead. The DVR numbers are superb, and when those are factored in (along with web views), its viewership is very similar to what it was before the move. That's not as good as what Fox wants, I'm sure, but what do they expect? It's not like TSCC's viewerbase has nothing better to do on Fridays. The one thing the Friday move has proven, at least, is that this show has a VERY loyal userbase, even if they can't always be there to watch TV live.

Anyway, they're supposed to make a decision about it in May. If the season finale gets really good numbers, then I can see Fox renewing it for a third season (and preferably out of the time slot of death). However, if Fox drops it it's not the end of the world. Warner Bros. could very plausibly move the show to their own CW network, or license it to SyFy (although I'd expect to see some budget cuts, like moving production to Vancouver).

The CW would probably be about as good of a fit for the show as SyFy would be, although for slightly different reasons. SyFy would be a lock for the scifi geek viewers of the show, but the CW has its advantages too since a lot of women watch it, and TSCC has a lot of female fans due to its strong female leads. I think either network would be a fine choice, and really, if I can just get TSCC season 3 I'm happy!

i'm excited for this show every friday, anyone else like this?

see, it's weird, it's only started happening the last 5/6 eps.

Weird, because the past few episodes have been weak compared to the first season. Still good though.

I forgot who it was on here that called it, but they were right about Weaver being in the box!

totally called it for what was in the box after I heard the slashing sounds from last week.

The CW would be a horrible choice. It's considered very likely that it will get shut down eventually.

And SyFy sucks. Frankly I think the best idea would be for Warner Bros. and NBC to test themselves to see if they can work together and see if a merger between the two can work with Warner Bros. making primarily NBC shows.

Digital Video Recording. A lot of people call it Tivo sorta like how people call adhesive medical strips Band-Aids, tissues Kleenexes, and petroleum jelly Vaseline.
I never called it Tivo because my cable company has its own DVR boxes. Although I did eventually start verbifying "DVR" the way people verbify "Tivo."

Wow! Definately my favorite ep of the season!

The scene between John and Jesse was the highlight. And sympathy for Jesse was truly earned after revealling what she 'lost'.....

I love that John had figured our Riley was from the future. And the revelation that Andy Goode was Dereks friend in the future. I think that if there is another season, we might see Jesse come back as i don't believe he killed her.

I'm glad Dean Winters is back next week!

That was a great episode I could not believe John figured it all out not just that Jesse wasn't killed by Cameron. It really showed why he leads cause he's smart. So the box was a liquid terminator so what Conner asked the machines was to join him. Would that suggest that some of the machines are not happy with Skynet?I thought all the machines followed Skynet blindly.

I got a question: In T1,T2 it was said that the first Terminator was sent back to kill Sarah, as a last ditch effort, cause at that point Conners' and the resistance had defeated Skynet..if TSCC follows the same continuity, why is it that the war seems far from over in all the flashbacks? At the point when Kyle Reese was sent back in T1 was supposed to be when the humans had won, but the why then does Derek and the other 3 freedom fighter need to go back in time AFTER Klye went back, if at that point, Skynet had been defeated...?

Thats a tricky question but what I believed happen is Judgement day is inevitable. They only delay it by going back to the past and stopping Skynet.

Just got in the door. Finally got to watch it live on tv but I had to watch it at my parent's place.

Next Friday will be the same too.

This was a great episode.

The moment Jesse stepped into her room and saw John sitting there, I was like...Whoa!! Here we go! The showdown begins... but he didn't do what I thought he'd do. The question is did Derek really kill her or did he just let her go? The way that scene ended, I felt that he didn't kill her. Ok... I feel bad for Jesse. I take back the things I said but the thing is, that doesn't take a way what she did to Riley. Though, understanding what she lost...:( I'm sorry Jesse.

I also felt bad for John and him admitting that it was his fault that he didn't help Riley - not enough. Especially the last scene when he breaks down on the couch and Sarah consoles him. I ...found myself tearing up too. :( Sadly, I had no one to...hold me on their lap.

I saw the preview for next weeks episode and my gods! I was like. Geez...I can't wait!! Charley's back! I love him. er in a non-gay kind of way. lol.

Y'know, I really hope Fox doesn't cancel the show after episodes like this... but it's Fox and the Death Slot.

heh. I like your avvie, man. Yeah...man I can't wait til next week's episode. Dean Winter! Oh man. I feel pumped! Fox: Don't pull the plug on this baby. Never!

Some good acting by Dekker in this ep too. He's starting to act like 'John Conner'.

After seeing this ep, i hope Jesse isn't dead. She's interesting.....i still can't get over the fact at how viciously her crew started beating her in the mess hall, they were beating her like she was a guy.

If Derek knew what they had lost..would he have been so cold towards her?

Don't they still owe us a 'Shirley-nator' backstory, or was this ep it? I still want to hear from Weaver exactly what the purpose of Ellison is.......

Well, really, if you look at the future that Kyle flashes to in the original films, it looks very bleak. The resistance are living in tunnels and holes and practically grunge. This is not the case for the future Derek and the others comes from. It is clearly better.

Also, I believe by the end of T2, the hint is given again that things have changed for the better.

Ok, I must have missed some of the show... what did losing a baby have to do with being a cold-hearted "B". Most women who lose a child, would never be willing to use someone elses child to be "hampton-the-pig-target" no matter how good the reason.

I buy it. I just thought there may be more to it.
