I think all the x-men fans have imagined the official x-men team (Cyclops,Wolverine,Jean,Storm,Rogue etc.) fighting sentinels all together with the help of Brotherhood (Magneto,Mystique etc.)
Hope Singer will give us something like that in DoFP.

The model of the head is already way to big to be human sized. So I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Yeah, but what's the reason to release Sentinels? Government and mutants are on the same side since X3. Maybe Apocalypse is time traveller and he's messing.

Yes. Sentinels were made long before in the 60s when the X-Men were first introduced when Stan Lee was still on the book. The Manhunters were made in the late 70s.

The sentinels look so amazing. Does anyone know if this film actually has a large future day sequence, one where you see the concentration camps etc? It seems that there's the first class past, the x2 etc present and not much information about the future.

Anyway, I'm sure it'll be interesting. I hope the time travel means they reboot the story so x3 never happened and somehow jean and Scott are around at the end

[blackout]By the looks of it, the film features a future in 2023, where everything has gone to ****. Wolverine is the last survivor of our X-Men (with grey streaks in his hair). And this is where Blink, Warpath, Sunspot, all appear.

I think this is going to be right at the start, where we'll see the iconic Wolverine death before the action switches to the present day and 1973 for the rest of the film.[/blackout]

The sentinels design are awesome. The only thing that would ruin them at this point is if they're aren't giants and are human sized.
