From comic con panel and press conferenfe+description of footage the film
version of DOFP seems like a cross between comic version and X2.

It defently seems like wolverine's mission In 1973 Is to cause a team up between
Xavier and Magneto against Trask and Sentinle protypes.

It will be intresting to know what event they are trying to prevent.

I am loving the way the sentinels look. I'm happy that they're huge, 18ft apparently.

Why is nobody discussing the fact that the little runt, Trask, has created Inhibitor collars and mutant detectors, the designs of which look awesome.

2011-The main events of the wolverine
2013-the events of the post credit scene
2018-the main future part of DOFP
2023-the hopeless future after the Mark X Is unleashed.

maybe they have deceded to retconn the events of trilogy to 2007/2008 going by the 10 years after last stand comments by Bryan Singer.

the Sentinels being 18 feet in height is a good size

my guess is that the Mach X version in 2023 will be close to the size of buildings like we got used to seeing in the 90s animated series and comics
