hasn't been much to update on here lately. everyone is still waiting on the second shipment of figs to be shipped out from the factory (hopefully with qc issues under control).

i typically check the fanex boards daily though, so as soon as people start getting their stuff, they'll post about it and i'll let ya know.

Which is next to ship?? Are they taking back Rhinos that're defective and replacing them??

Which ones are you getting Rough?? My plans are to get Ramathorr and the red mutant Ssejjhorr. I might get the Boar since the Rhino has had alotta problems.

as far as i know, the next batch they get should be everything.

no one really knows what they're gonna do about the defective figs that have already shipped. i know a few people got replacement figs last year, but last year didn't have this kinda trouble either. a few people have just super-glued the loose joints and that seems to fix most of the problems.

My Rhino's leg fell off, but I put it back on and it;s been fine ever since.

no one really knows what they're gonna do about the defective figs that have already shipped. i know a few people got replacement figs last year, but last year didn't have this kinda trouble either. a few people have just super-glued the loose joints and that seems to fix most of the problems.

Well, atleast the problems weren't extremely terrible. But still, parts falling off is pretty lame.

i had an arm fall off right outta the package on my green mutant, but i snapped it back on and it's been fine ever since.

as far as i'm aware, the next batch of figs should be all of the variants (boar, hippo, red elephant, etc). i'm not even sure if the factory made a new batch of rhinos. if i had to guess, i'd say the cost is too much to eat to replace an entire run of the rhino, so unless your rhino has extensive qc problems, you're probably stuck with what you get. but that's just my assumption at this point.

Thats what I was thinking on the Rhinos. Considering how limited they are I figured you're either happy you got one or not. I might get the Boar instead. Dunno. Have any of these sold out yet??

i'm not even sure really. i think the orange elephant sold out and i know fwoosh stopped taking orders on theirs until their shipment comes in. i think rtm has stopped taking orders on the hippo at the moment and the red mutant still has plenty of stock at figures.com

I hope I can get atleast Ramathorr and the red mutant before they sell out. Main two I want. Then its the Rhino and Boar, but I may just get the Boar.

bbts apparently bought up some of the other sponsor's stock as well, so they've now got 5 out of the 9 on their site. a few are marked up a couple bucks, but they're there.

So I checked my order at Toy Rocket.....it says it's still processing...it was placed on Aug 1st.....even if I have to wait for the mutant (Even though Vog already has his) I still want my Goro, Thor, Obi-wan/Yoda and Gouken.......this is bogus.

I remember seeing a Human figure under this toyline. A Human Queen or something. Is there a second wave in the works? I'm really impressed with the armor-feel of these figures, especially the plated skirt/kilt the Orange elephant is sporting. Its comparable to Pegaso minatures.
