How will that help Layla?

it gets her off my TV for a bit......it helps me.....I'm not concerned with her. maybe some sense would get banged into her head and she'll go back to being a miami heat girl or something more befitting her station.....

I think the WWE needs to get past that though.....the Divas should either be wrestling, managing, or actively involved in some storyline.......not standing next to Miz taking up my air......not to give TNA credit, but they only have one useless female on the payroll (so cal val)....the rest of them are actually doing stuff
There has always been a time when there were just women there to be looked at. Worked in the past, works now, will work in the future. Get past it already.

IMO i think its insulting and a somewhat antiquated way of thinking. I like to see the divas involved with whats going on.....what does it say to females(which is a demo the WWE has been courting) who are watching and seeing a girl just standing there like a groomed poodle???

The same females who buy up all the Cena merch and tell Vince they support their objectification. :o

Haha, well, I've made my thoughts very clear on it, and I'm sure there are many other women who feel the same.

the Cena merch is so they have something to think about while their less than adequate significant other pumps away for 2 or 3 minutes.......

rednecks are everywhere.....if you see a Wal-mart.....the rednecks are usually close by.....its like bugs to the bug zapper....

**** you, ignorant *******. My friends are not rednecks. Nor are they stereotypical fat Wal-Marters. Enough of your tasteless comments.

Umm... read the bold, think about what you said, and get back to me.

Was the operation expensive?

-- The reports coming from TNA mobile that Scotty 2 Hotty, Brian Christopher and Too Cold Scorpio may be in negotiations with TNA are totally false. The company is using their text messaging service to do nothing in this case but stir up talk and buzz for the company.

-- Not too many people have noticed this, but when TNA relaunched their website, Bob Backlund's profile was quietly removed from the roster page. So well, it would appear that his stint with the company is through. His last TNA appearance was at the Hard Justice pay-per-view in July as he & Jerry Lynn lost to Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin in a tag match.

-- Christian Cage is scheduled to take part in Spike TV/TNA's monthly conference call this Thursday at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.

TNA has signed Northeast indy women's wrestler Talia Madison to a contract. Madison announced on her MySpace page (www.myspace.com/talia_doll) earlier today that she had signed a deal with the organization. Here is what she wrote:

My status with TNA

So it's official, I have signed a contract with TNA wrestling! I'm extremely excited and happy to be a part of this company, as there's some great talent there and theres an ACTUAL women's division! I believe this is going to be a great opportunity for me.

Just want to say THANK YOU to all of my fans who have supported me thus far! You guys are the greatest and I appreciate you all!

Also thanks to everyone in the wrestling business who has guided me and helped me be who I am today.

Special thanks to Jason Knight, (my official trainer) and Afa The Wild Samoan and his family as well!

Thank you to all of my friends as well for always believing in me. :)

Be sure and catch me on IMPACT! Thursday nights at 9pm east coast time on Spike TV!! and also check out www.tnawrestling.com

Love you guys!! :) :)

xoxo

-- Candice Michelle did a spot similar to the one she did on Raw last night at a house show in Ireland this past Saturday night. But this time around, she was legitimately knocked out because she didn't protect herself well enough while doing the risky fall. Anyway, here is an account of the spot she did at the house show:

"But about 2 minutes before the end of the match, Candice was on the top and Beth went to crotch her, but Candice missed the top turnbuckle and fell face first to the mat, narrowly missing landing head and neck first. Thankfully she was ok. Beth pinned her shortly afterwards." (source: WrestlingObserver.com)

-- Candice Michelle, who is featured on the Cyber Sunday poster, is still advertised to make an appearance during the Divas Halloween Costume Contest at the pay-per-view this Sunday.

Those things still have value?

- There are on going negotiations with Sting to sign for another year.

- Fatu is already asking for more money.

- Kurt Angle and Jeff Jarrett apparently hashed things out.

- Speaking of Angle, the talks between himself and the IFL are considered more serious than ever. The idea is for Angle to coach one of the teams for IFL's 2008 season. TNA is under the impression that if they allow Angle to coach, that the IFL would push Angle's involvement in TNA on it television shows.

Dammit, I expected a better reaction. I worked hard on that.

If it makes you feel better NDX I LOL'D. Can someone make this into an avatar please.

Good choice. If someone does make that an icon, can they also make it 100x100?

Onto the news.

- One Soundscan source reports that Lilian Garcia's new CD didn't even break the Top 200, selling less than 3,800 units. The number 200 entry on the list sold 3,897.

- Final numbers are still coming in, but WWE's recent 19 show tour of Europe may be the most successful in history.

- More details are coming in on Kristal Marshall's release. According to one source, she had been caught lying to WWE writers a few times. Apparently she would tell people that Teddy or Vickie weren't happy with certain angles, then Teddy and Vickie would be upset when word got back to them about what Kristal had said. She was also known for ignoring feedback from WWE agents about her segments and matches at live events. Agents would ask her to sell beatings and instead she would just jump up and slap hands with the fans all the way to the back. There was a plan to move her from SmackDown to RAW since she is dating Bobby Lashley but as the heat piled up on her, Vince finally had enough and asked why were they investing in her. One plan had Vickie gaining power and firing Kristal about a week later once the Viagra angle went down. This would have been a legit firing, and not just a move to RAW.

- Several wrestlers who received the inquiry letter from Congress have said they refuse to talk to Congress about anything. Congress was very interested in whether Vince told wrestlers directly to get on steroids. The general belief is Congress knows they have nothing on Vince personally and won't much more happen with the whole situation.

- As previously posted, the future of ECW looks to be OK for now as WWE and Sci-Fi signed a one year extension for the program. Shane McMahon originally wanted ECW to be an internet only program, but once Vince saw the success of the One Night Stand PPV, he wanted to look for a cable deal for the brand. Sources say WWE wanted a long term deal for ECW on Sci-Fi, but NBC Universal didn't want to commit to that and said the one year extension wasn't open for negotiations. Vince took the deal obviously, but wasn't happy with it.

- To upate you on Candice Michelle, she has now been removed from the WWE.com preview for the Halloween Costume Contest at Cyber Sunday this weekend.

- The Boogeyman has been out of action with a calf injury since we last saw him on WWE TV. He is expected to return to ECW sometime in November.

I'm still not getting the joke, Internet Journalist NDX.....you all know how i feel about anyone associated with the diva search should be *****canned anyway....so it wouldnt break my heart if she was cut loose......learn her right for playing at wrestler...

The joke is that we have all been shooting the **** here for the last 2+ years, so like a prank between buds, Nex was just seeing which of us would bite and how we'd react to our Candy getting broomed, just a gag man, nothing to get upset over.:cwink:

Me neither, although I like Layla and Kelly Kelly better than Man-Face. They're just so pointless; Miz's prostitutes :csad:

Layla should get Kristals role with Edge.

IMO i think its insulting and a somewhat antiquated way of thinking. I like to see the divas involved with whats going on.....what does it say to females(which is a demo the WWE has been courting) who are watching and seeing a girl just standing there like a groomed poodle???

EXP are involved. Kelly is in an angle with Balls and the other 2 are playing her b1tchy kliq but in time they may get better roles, it's not the girls fault, it's the bookers, but the fact is teen boys is not antiquated it's just life, young duders will always want pure eye candy in their WWE, it gives them their sex and violence double fix. To be honest i prefer them to the stupid push Palumbo is getting.

WWE diva Candice Michelle was injured during her Women’s Championship match against champion Beth Phoenix. Candice was knocked off the top turn buckle landing face first on the canvas. The match went to a quick finish and paramedics came out to the ring. Candice did sit up momentarily to drink some water but left the ring on a backboard. It was later learned that this fall lead to a concussion and a cracked clavicle. Due to these circumstances, WWE has decided to cut ties with the RAW Diva. We wish her the best in all her future endeavors.
