TNA gets down with the Brown...

TNA's Mobile service announced today that D'Lo Brown will be returning to the company soon. Apparently he is going to work the next Impact taping as an agent in a tryout for the role.

Brown worked with TNA back when they had weekly PPVs. He recently had a tryout with WWE but was not signed.

Sting is still in talks about staying in TNA for another year. Dixie Carter is a big fan of him and prepared to renew his $500,000 salary without adding extra house show dates, so it's basically up to Sting to decide if he really does want to retire or not.

Junior Fatu is asking for more money from TNA.

TNA are sending their top talent to New Japan for a big Tokyo Dome show on the 4th January 2008. Kurt Angle is still slated to defend the Inoki Genome Federation title on their 20th December show, so it remains to be seen if there is any conflict over Angle being Inoki's IWGP champion despite New Japan holding the rights to such a title.

Word is that Angle and Jeff Jarrett have made peace. The two had been forming factions backstage to vie for more control from Dixie Carter, with Sting being the only big name who refused to pick a side. Despite the differing opinions about TNA's booking it seems the status quo is going to be the way forward for now.

Jim Cornette is getting married to long-time girlfriend Stacey Goff on Halloween. They issued invitations designed like old-school wrestling flyers, advertising the 'World Marital Championships' with them in the main event for a match to go 'one fall with a lifelong time limit'. TNA would like Cornette to become a member of the booking team but he is reluctant to add any such stress to his life. At the moment he just tries to make sure segments he is involved with make sense and does what he can to protect the wrestlers he likes best, which at the moment means Matt Morgan.

Bret Hart divorced his second wife, Cinzia, a few weeks ago. They had been living together in Italy but Hart didn't want to stay there for the rest of his life and she didn't want to leave.

No one deserves anything in pro wrestling, you either fit the role or you don't, she fits it and thus would be the right choice, did Kristal deserve it in your eyes ?

Layla only fits it because you like her a$$....Kristal fit because (not to sound moronic) she's a young attractive black woman and I'm guessing the WWE wanted to comment (in their own special way) about the growing age gaps in relationships these days. In terms of storyline, I think it would make more sense to have one of the SD divas involved, not having to move someone from ECW....plus you break up Extreme Skankspose and I guarantee either Brooke or Kelly will get cut loose sooner or later.

MVP/Hardy def. Finlay/Rey-good match. Finlay turns on rey so that MVP/Hardy can pick up the win. Matt does a impressive blade job

JBL does a great promo before he interviews Undertaker. This guy has still got it. Undertaker comes out. JBL gets chokeslamed. Batista comes out, talks crap to Undertaker and then spears him(or was it a spinebuster?) as Batista is leaving, Undertaker gets up.

I really think with Kristal's release, they probably will not be going through with the storyline...its not like Edge needs the help....Teddy needs to come back though....is he on vacation or what's the deal? I know he has been on SD non stop since he became GM.....

It's funny that you constantly piss and moan about a lack of "legit" womens wrestlers around, but Candice has become one of the best womens workers around, and you still hate her. She's better than Bethtista by miles, and the fact that she was involved with the Diva Search doesn't change that.

That doesn't change the fact that no one deserves anything in pro wrestling. Just because some fugly musclebound chick spent years in the indies and came up through OVW doesn't mean she deserves a top spot more than some swimsuit model.
