What I don't understand is that we can't post images with language because of the children, correct? What kind of kid is going to read that huge ass block of text, that is barely visible?

i would like to know who these children that we're afraid of offending are. not trying to start anything, i was just under the impression that there was an age limit to how young you can be to post here anyway.

I assume they took him out for a walk, he got all covered in snow and they snapped the picture because it's funny. The caption is what implies sadness.

This is the only chance they have to control things in life and an impact on any sort of community.
This is the sadness thread, but it wouldn't be nice to burst bubbles like that and force them to reflect upon what ephemeral authority they have in this life.

Dear Mods,

I love these forums...love them...and I generally appreciate the work that mods do to keep things in order. but this whole funny picture thread issue just reaks of the mod's getting tired of doing their jobs.

Look...there will always be infractions no matter how hard you try...there are always new jackasses joining the site who don't know the or with just straight up break the rules and plenty of current jackasses who will do the same and will complain when they don't get their way...it's always going to be that way. Killing one thread isn't going to magically make that stop.

It's your JOB to MODERATE these issues. Completely killing a very popular thread just because you are tired of doing your job is lazy at best. I check that damn thread everyday...it brings a damn smile to my damn face...damn it!

Like I was telling some others recently....when I was young I fought for things like racial equality, women's rights, and to end the Vietnam war....glad to see the youth of today have taken up picketlines for the right to post pictures on the internet....VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!!!
