Well said Ock! I've started reading the comics and he's pretty much identical in the movie, with the exception of not having a wife obviously.
I cant make that pic out![]()

currently in the comics Sandman is like he is in the film but back 40 years ago when he first appeared he didn't have a wife or daughter. he was a normal thug that escaped prison and had to swim to land but what he didn't know was that it was a nuclear military test site. anyways, they have amped up Sandman in this film rather than just throwing him in the film with no story what so ever.Well said Ock! So I'm really happy that Sam gave Sandman a good amount of story that leaves us to feel alot of sympathy for him.
Yeah...if only he had the directing skills to give Sandman story in a way THAT NOT INVOLVE HIM KILLING UNCLE BEN!

my bad, I thought since he's saying this in the Sandman thread then he must be talking about Sandman lolExactly!
Ummmm, he's talking about Doc Ock, dude. Not Sandman
But, you are correct on your points on Sandman. So far, Raimi has nailed how all the villains got their powers perfectly.
my bad, I thought since he's saying this in the Sandman thread then he must be talking about Sandman lolt:.
isten, if we're going to have a debate, then don't talk rubbish. Back up what you say with some proof, rather than making silly, off hand remarks like that
Oh, I'm sold. If Tom DeFalco says so, then it must be true. Lets just ignore the 40+ years of Spider-Man stories, where the ONLY time Ock seeked out Spider-Man to destroy him, was when he formed the Sinister Six
You prove otherwise, list me three Spider-Man stories where Ock's primary goal is to get Spider-Man, then we'll talk. Until then, the joke is still very much on you
Did you even watch Spider-Man 2??
Doc Ock in SM-2 had NO personal grudge against Spider-Man
Dude, Doc Ock (the poster) > You.Listen, you're the one who made silly and childish remarks and flaming me cause I've proved you wrong AND I was criticizing your so beloved sam raimi flick and character, grew up kiddy you need it![]()
Now you're definitively biased and I don't have time to lose with someone as fascinating and interesting than a tooth pick
I have NOTHING to prove to ANYONE here and definitively not YOU so don't try to look foolish even more, the joke is definitively killing you now .
are you dumb or what ? I'm starting guessing you are man![]()
And If you would have understand what I was SAYING or just READ my words, you would UNDERSTAND than I was talking about Octopus acting like a GOOD GUY in the end and agreeing with Spider-Man to NOT KILL HIM and KILLING HIMSELF instead to save the planet , which is totally OPPOSITE to what Doc Ock IS in the COMICS , but have you ever READ THE COMICS little kiddy ?
Seems not .
So, do me a favor and don't try to argue with me anymore, since you have zero valid argument to oppose to mine and you're making a fool out of yourself on each sentence and new post
Grew up, you need it
Cappeesh ??
Dude, Doc Ock (the poster) > You.
he sure is a visual moster of awesomeness. I mean he completley destroyed the construction site and to be honest I think it's a good idea that Sam doesn't show too much of giant Sandman. I mean he's a huge, visually amazing part of the battle royal that should be saved for the theatre. I am very happy that I got to see this new glimpse of giant Sandman to get me even more pumped to see giant Sandman on film. it's a great spidey comic book moment come to life in all of it's fashion. It's my fault. We've steered it off topic a bit
Anyway, that gif looks sweet. Sandman looks alot more visually stunning than any of the other villains in this movie, IMO.

Yes, that was a very valid point.Dude

oh I know that but it just feels so Comic Bookish even though it didn't happen. and Sandman teaming with Venom will make the fight all the more better and that is a good thing because (Venom is my favorite villian and he's the bestThe Sandman has never been so massive in the comics , his alliance with Venom should kick ass anyway

oh I know that but it just feels so Comic Bookish even though it didn't happen. and Sandman teaming with Venom will make the fight all the more better and that is a good thing because (Venom is my favorite villian and he's the best) and because Sandman is a very powerful villian as well. personally, I don't think Spidey would have survived the fight without Harry's aid. and I realized this especially after I read the novilezation.
nvm, I just realized it was wmv. it's too hard to capture screen shots.Someone needs to put up some screen caps of the new scene of giant Sandman at the construction site.
You have not proved anything. What did your prove?? You haven't backed up anything you've said with any concrete proof. You've just offered your opinion sprinkled with childish insults
So, whinging about the fact that Ock was somewhat different to the comics is as pointless as complaining about the weather
Grew up?? Try grow up. Because, you really need to.
Damn, I really wanted to see some screen shots of that.nvm, I just realized it was wmv. it's too hard to capture screen shots.
