You know, in the original 2003 hulk movie it was called HULK. And when they rebooted it with the one with Ed Norton it was called "The Incredible" Hulk. So with this Spider-man reboot they should add something like "The Amazing" or something.

BTW, I'm starting to like "Friendly Neighborhood" Spider-man and "Peter Parker:" Spider-man. ohhhh! I also like Web of Spider-man

I could go on... No, seriously though.
I couldn't possibly see them calling it any other then "The Amazing Spiderman". They wouldn't just call it "Spider-Man" all over again, that would be too confusing. It needs to be something that sets this series apart from the previous! But they can't call it something like "SPIDERMAN: REBORN" Either, cause that would create something of a link to the previous franchise as well, and that's a big no-no. "Spider-Man Lives" just doesn't work either... So I'd still go with the first title in question.
