I know this sounds trivial, but I like the "the". Adds more a gravitas (am i using that correctly, lol?) to the title

Spider-Man NO MORE!

Inspired by this post

Of course it's like the comics a great deal but it is not like the comics enough and that's the whole point. It could have been far more faithful, there was no reason to change it. It's 70 to 80% there but there was a suit that was 90 to 95% there.

I expect people to strive for more accurateness not less.
Spider-Man has a certain look and Raimi has proven that you can translate that look almost 100% onto the screen without it looking cheesy or goofy and that's why the new suit's changes to the Spider-Man look are arbitrary. Hell, even Nick Hammonds suit was more accurate than the new one.

Spider-Man: Now with a 70% more accurate suit

How bout "The Untitled Spider-Man Film"

you people do know that outside the context of fanboyism
these adjectives such as "the amazing" and "the spectacular" kinda destroy the credibility of the film title, again to the average audience that isn't in on the joke or rather doesn't read comics.

for example how silly would "the spectacular Superman" or the "amazing batman" or the "amazing xmen" and so on...the "spectacular wolverine." If those were based on books, would it sound any less stupid...

just saying don't be surprised if sony doesn't go that road.

that being said

(the) Spiderman Rises

Batman 3. Boost ticket sales.

You heard it here first folks :awesome: by a man named Eddie Brock!

The bits about 'Amazing' 'Spectacular' etc. wouldn't matter, if anything it'd add a bit of dramatic flare to the title. Everyone knows that it's based on a character from the comics, that it's high-caliber spectacle, that it's in friggin THREE-DEE. In fact, I'm willing to bet that the general audience will cringe more at a title with the term '3D' than they will with the word 'Spectacular' or 'Amazing'. The last one is, in fact, classic.

Having said that, I hope it's Peter Parker: Spider-Man, more Hollywood friendly, true to the comics etc.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they call this movie Spider-Man 3D

Whichever one of these is the most generic sounding is probably the one they will pick. The more generic it sounds, the more likely that a focus group will agree on it:

Spider-Man: The Beginning
Spider-Man Rebirth
Spider-Man Reborn
Spider-Man Unleashed
Spider-Man Evolution
Spider-Man Genesis
Spider-Man Revelation
Spider-Man: The Legend Begins
Spider-Man: Rise of the Lizard

The Amazing Spider-Man or just something else, but not some lame name like some of the ones I read here...:D

Spider-Man: New Beginings. IDK, I just thought of it randomly.

(turns on Gonna Fly Now)
Dun dun dududun dududun dududun dun dun dududun dududun dududun Dun nanana Dun dun dun duuuuuDUN DUNNNNNNN!
Gonna fly noooooooooow!

The Amazing Spider-Man

...tbh, anything else would sound cheesy.

I wouldn't mind "The Web Of Spider-Man" but that's as far as I think it should go.

No "Spider-Man: Beginnings" or crap like that.
