The TMNT Movie Trailer Threads Merged

There are no avatars of Mikey sticking his head out of the dumpster. What the hell is wrong with you people :(?

Are you sure that's 75X75? I'm still being told that it's too big to upload.

That is 75x75. It's probably too many bytes for you to use.

It says it needs to be a max 75X75 OR 45kb, so I don't know why it wouldn't work.

spidey-bat doesnt understand the avvy rules

it has to be 75x75 AND 45kb max.

I know the avvy rules that they have to be a certain byte and pixel size. Other than making it even more smaller or cutting some frames out, I don't know how to make it smaller in terms of bytes.

The trailer was okay, never was a big fan of TMNT anyway, sure hope the Turtles don't go calling themselves nicknames like "Mikey", "Ralphy", "Leo", "Donnie", sounds so gay.

Why the hell don't they have AIM icons on the site? What the hell, WB.

Spide-Bat, you have to resize AND optimize.

i hope the animators add blinking in the movie. Everybody blinks.

I use Ulead. I never bothered to optimize since I've never had the problem before.

BTW, how did you get these gifs from the footage?

I take screencaps from Quicktime movies one by one. I know there's an easier way, but whenever I open Quicktime in my ImageReady, my computer always freezes.

I tried loading a video onto Ulead but it takes forever and I gave up. Frame by Frame seems tedious and nearly impossible to do on anything other than Quicktime.

It's actually quite easy to create a GIF via screencapping frame-by-frame. I can also do it with .avi, .wmv and a few other media formats, not just Quicktime movies.

what do you use to play an avi and wmv? I've tried but Windows Media and Divx won't let you screen cap, plus it's difficult to see the indivdiual frames on them.

I use Media Player Classic. As usual, I press the right arrow button to capture the screencaps one by one.

Though I thought is was cool how they showed Mikey falling in the dumpster. I wish they would of showed him using his Chucks.
