The TMNT Movie Trailer Threads Merged

Well, the animation looks more like the comics. I´m hoping they do something closer to the early comics and less like the movies and the old cartoon.

So who's your Fav turtle?

Mine's Raphael... the hot head version :o

why do they not have pupils in the first screenshot but then have them at the end of the trailer????

they look alot closer to the comic without them....

Looks very promising. But my consern isn't having the turtles being cg, it's having the people cg. I'll make up my mind when they show them. But so far: Kickass trailer... um teaser...whatever...

I was at the Comic Con premiere, where they showed an additional 5 mins of footage (most in test/animatic stages). But the film actually looks pretty cool. The voice acting seemed pretty cool from what i heard. The Environments looked spectacular, and the animation seemed like it was going to be pretty awesome as well. The story seems great from the snipits they showed.

How was the human designs? Were they photorealistic or cartoony?

So that they would come off as mysterious and ****ing awesome ninja turtles. Come on. Imagine them with pupils. It wouldn't feel as cool as without.

This trailer made me hyped!! Can't wait for the movie to come out...

Can you make a few them 75 x 75?

Will there be any competiton on the 30th next year, or is this pretty much the only movie being released that we know of?

Raph is always the best, cause he is the deepest and has the most inner conflict. The trailer looks great, I'm just not keen on any psuedo sequels ala Superman Returns. "It just raises too many questions."

No...its a semi-sequel using the first two films as a "vague history".

Part 3 is being ignored in this continuity.

:thinks about it:

Sorry...wrong movie. :p

Looks like after Singer's SR all directors decided to start this vague thing.

It's supposed to be more violent, gritty, and darker like it is in the comics and the current animated series.

I hope you are right.

Since when is Donatello so serious? Leo and Raph I understand.

Well, Don is my fav. character, so I always wanted him to be serious

Don was never as slapstick as Mikey, despite how he was portrayed in TMNT1. He was more of the brains and the comic book type nerd of the team.

^Yeah, but Leonardo and Raphael were like the two that were focused on fighting and training non-stop, basically the angst ridden and older brother type. Michelangelo was pretty much the only one that acted like a teenager at times, and Donatello is a science geek, but he did like to have fun on occasion, even if his fun was geared towards technology. I just say that because his poster makes him look like the dark brooding type that Leo and Raph are, and he should at least be looking studious in his lab.

Leo is leader, so he always focused on training.

Raph is more like street-guy. He is cool and a bit cheeky.

Dan should be just science and computer geek and thats all.
