I'm guessing since they rushed this movie into production, they must have forgot about it. There's no reason they couldn't afford to slap a bald cap on him and give him a beard and mustache.

I'm a little let down with a roshi with no facial hair. (I REALLY could care less about him being bald.) If he had at least a goatee or a mustache, that would be great. (A beard would be better, of course.) But I'm not going to whine about him not being bald or not having facial hair, or have false hope that it's a test shot. Come on. Just get over the fact that he doesn't look exactly like Roshi. Thank God he has that funky shirt.... Just my 2 and a half cents.

What I dont understand is why the CAN'T they make him look a little like Master Roshi everyone knows. Whats so difficult about shaving his head and adding a beard? James Masters has been heavily made-up but they cant shave a head and add a beard

So now I'm having difficulty imagining Chow-Fat as a perv oogling female aerobic instructors on TV. I think they've completetly re-written the character.

Didn't Roshi have hair in Dragon Ball? If I remember the earlier episodes/flashbacks Roshi had black hair, but he had a beard. Maybe in this film they will keep Roshi with hair, and through out the film he'll grow a beard and in the next one, he'll shave his head?! Too much to wish for. ;[
