I can see why some would call her comment racist...it was very condescending, sarcastic, implying, and certainly very unnecessary.

I wouldn't call her racist but just bitter and mad. Also highly ironic someone from Alabama to comment on anyone's speech.

It's not even a big deal, just a simple matter of public speech, young kid just made history, he's too excited, get the kid a break.

I agree that is comes off as bitter. That being said, I don't think it has anything to do with him being excited either. Any time Winston opens his mouth he comes off as an idiot. He's going to be in the spotlight for his entire career. He should really consider how he presents himself moving forward.

Yeah, I don't really get why the media is calling her racist. I have heard Jameis Winston speak. He has some of the worst grammar I have ever heard. Is our society so hyper-sensitive that calling out someone with terrible grammar for their terrible grammar is instantly deemed racist and requires an apology?
