No, but he has history within the game. He was a trainer to both Bruce Wayne and Dinah Lance at the beginning of both of their careers, years before they became Batman or Black Canary.

Also, as a means of explaining why he's so incredibly fit in his 80s, it's been implied that after WWII, he stayed in the espionoge game on and off and was given a very good medical plan (I/E: Preformance enhancing drugs, possibly a variant of Miraclo if you wanted to go with that).

I'm pretty sure Dick hasn't shown up yet. There've been plans to introduce him, but otherwise nothing. If you do play as him, you should PM Master Bruce.
