[Charlie No-One]

I have been thinking about coming back into this RPG. I can only afford to be in one RPG right now, but this one seems to go a little slow, yet still mantain a good quality factor. Is the Joker still reserved? If so, what is the state of Zatara or Zantanna?

We've yet to have a Zatanna. I was thinking of using her as an NPC way down the line, but her backstory doesn't really matter much to my plans.

Ok, I was thinking that I would switch somethings up and have Zantanna be a middle aged woman, kind of crazy, who had a son, Zatara II, at a young age. He is a teenager with similar powers and such. I am also considering having him age himself. If I do this, which I am not sure if I will (have to see how things go), this and Marvel would be my two RPGs.

Hmmmm. Sounds interesting. I was planning on having Zatanna be on the Justice League down the line, but I suppose that doesn't conflict with that at all. The only real change to her backstory I was going to have was to have her living in Italy.

I can work around that. Would she be born in Italy? Like have the accent and all? Also, I just thought of something. It would be so Zatanna if she kept herself looking twenty-something? Also, I think I am going to scratch the age thing. He is going to be a 23 year-old vampric/gothic type of guy who owns a whole **** load of money and uses his powers for himself and such.

Well, not to give away too much, eventually the League is going to gain more international members. Because Zatanna is of Italian descent in the regular continuity, I would make a very tiny change and simply make her Itallian. As for the age, she could simply be a really hot mom.

How about John Constantine? He and Zee knocked the boots a bit in the regular continuity. And he seems like a fellow who might have an iligitimate child or two.

Yeah, I haven't really explored John's past in my use of him as an NPC. The only thing I did with John was make him Irish. Like that Joss Whedon character Angel.

Zatara's only history is to have taught Bruce his disappearing trick on his journey to becoming Batman.

That fits in fine then. Zatara is still Zatanna's dad. I would be Zatara II.

John? I've always wrote him as a man in his early thirties.

Really? Well, did you ever actually state his age? 'Cause, he could simply be young at heart.

If Zatanna is 53 and her son is 23..she was 30 when she had him. If John is 35 and his son is 23...he was 12...that isn't going to work . Would matter if John was 43ish?

No, I never did. That's up to you guys. I just thought it'd be better for the story if he was vaguely older than Conner and Don. 45-ish works just fine.

Hell, if he did it with Z, I wouldn't doubt that she didn't do something to him to appear younger. So he could be 42, been 19 when the intial deed was done, and look like he is 30. Sound ok with everyone? I think John and Z would be the type to do that. I also am going to have Zatara II be very sexual...nothing out of SHH rules though. He is going to be like the vampires from Underworld...just not vampire.

Maybe. Still, I see Zatana as being the 40 something MILF. Maybe one of Zatara the second's issues is that when he was in high school, all of his friends were fantasizing about his mom.

Yeah, thinking about it now, I am looking at a whole different character that isn't very Zantanna. Still though, I want Z to be a little older if he is 19, hwo about she is 22?
