I usually watch Doc Who every year, but this year I have missed a few episodes, even when I have sat down to watch it, I have usually been under the weather, and unable to concentrate on it properly, so I only recall seeing those new villans in the first ep(iirc) for a bit.

Yep they were in the first two episodes which was a really good story i thought

They were really menacing and scary. I loved the look of thosw monsters it was a very cool and creepy costume

Punisher Max has been very enjoyable, tho it's also really saddening how inhuman Punisher is, luckily his prison trip seems to make him come in terms with somethings and he can start becoming more human again one way or another.

not sure....the first film is a fairly basic story, nice setting.....the second one just seems a bit too busy to me

I might need to take a look at that comic.

I have some old Punisher comics from the 70s in UK magazines that were pretty good.

The thing is with someone like the Punisher, he might be guilty of certain types of crimes, but there are others he is not, so when some corrupt cops attempt to frame him for a the type of crime he is not guilty of, they give away the fact that they too don't feel he is guilty of this type of crime, by the very fact that they try very hard to cover up the fact they framed him, and try to throw suspicion off themselves.

Y'know, they just try to create a certain scenario, so they can pull a certain crime out of thin air and accuse him of it, when he has never even thought along the lines of that crime before. So, he is completely baffled as to where this accusation comes from.

Whereas, with all of his other crimes, he knows damn well he has been guilty of them at certain points.

why try vainly to cover up the frame job if the cops are 'just doing their jobs?'

Aye, Bowie is definitely in the top ten of artists who contributed to the tapestry of rock in such a way as to give it it's longetivity.

Funnily enough, just as I was logging back on there, the radio started playing the Bowie song 'Supermen', which, with Oberon and Mysti starting up this Bowie talk on a comics board, is a nice coincidence.

and on the subject of 'crazy act', well, i recall being thought of as 'crazy' under certain 'Mysterious' circumstances a while back, but was eventually vindicated as not only sane, but a good detective, I wouldn't dismiss my observations so quickly.

in Punisher MAX the cops don't really care about Punisher because they consider him on their side, but then Kingpin starts framing Punisher as a cop killer and all hell goes loose.
