Star Sapphire will never, NEVER show up in a GL movie, and frankly shouldn't. There are way better and more important characters in the GL mythos that need to show up way before Star Sapphire does. That's like expecting Lois in Superman to go into a machine that turns her black, never gonna happen.

Also, another thing from GL that bothers me, Hector Hammond, why the ****?

The cast was wide-enough as I recall. A cool Rogues Gallery of about 7+ villains, an annoying authoritarian officer, a doofus mayor, a babe of a secretary...

Nah, just a couple more SWAT Kats, not a new generation, just a couple more people on the team.

I didn't really get why they were called SWAT cats, and they mostly just went around in the Jet. I don't know any SWAT teams that use Jets. Maybe a helicopter but not a jet. If they remade it, I'd think they'd at least include a van or something.

Yeah, you're right. About 80% of their battles take place with them dropping bombs on big ass monsters from their jet.

They did have a...Underground drill vehicle or some such. Plus the Bat-pod gimick.

As to why SWAT? Special Weapons And Tactics? Those Kats certainly had that aspect covered.

he's the least of that films problems...the weird glowy thing going on with the GL uniforms, the lantern itself looks like something you buy at Pottery Barn, Blake Lively couldn't drive a shopping cart, much less fly a jet

I have seen nothing in that footage that has interested me enough to make me spend money on it

both the Thor and Cap trailers have blown me away

Cap looks like any WW2 movie with a bright uniform solider thrown in and Thor was okay up until Kat Dennings opened her ****ing mouth. The scenes of Oa blew me away. Sinestro's speech alone was better than both of those trailers. I went back and rewatched the 1st GL trailer and yea, it sucks all kinds of ass, but the wondercon footage was amazing. did you go to wondercon btw?
