The Dark Knight The Voice and Laugh of the Joker...

I don't care what anyone says, I hear Daffy Duck in Ledger's voice and it scares the hell out of me... And I love it.
What doesn't kill you, makes you . . . despicable!

I hate to be the jackass of the group; but one trailer can not dethrone anyone.

Give Jack and Hamill and little more respect.

Oh absolutely. New filmmakers and actors get things better to a big extent looking at the past and going a step further thanks to the attempts of other before them.

Nicholson did such a great job that Ledger said he needed weeks of work to get rid of Jack's Joker.

But you can't say that in the middle of a hypey fangasm. :joker:

I really love Jack, Hamils and Romeros Joker. but honestly Heaths is my favorite so far.

If you want the all around Joker experience, it's hard to top Hamil. If you want an insane, counter Romero, look no further than Jack. But if you want want to be scared by a homicidal psychopath, hello Heath. And frankly, I like psychopaths.

Romero gets no respect from me.

I expect us vets to be mature and respectful.

But if I walk into one more "jack teh sux kuz the 2mins i saw of ledger pwns," I will lose it and cry.

That is all.

god shall strike you down sir

ya no I will defend Jack to the death, but Heath is still my new fav

I was nine when I first saw Bat89 in theaters. I still have that childhood glow about Jack.

Man, that sounded like Micheal Jackson wrote that.

In my tastes for The Joker:

Romero: 6/10

Hamill: 9/10

Jack: 8/10

heath(frum wot ive seen): 11/10

Romero is the first step, you gotta learn to crawl before you walk
He was so developmental... It's hard to even consider him. Plus, that entire show was a parody of 60's pop culture. That included Batman and superheroes. It may have saved Batman (and DC) from the 60s' comic book genocide, but the damage to the character took decades to repair.

The incarnations of the Joker is like growing up,

Romero- your naive and new to the world
Nicholson - you find out some naughty things
Hamil - you start flirting with danger
Heath - you kill a guy

Romero is a legend. Not my kind of joker, but hey, it was a kids show.

That's not entirely accurate - The 60s show was aimed at young adults to be comedy, much like Laugh-In. They made money pissing on and laughing at Bats and company.

Ledger's voice is all over the place. Not in a bad way, but it provides context that this is all just an act like Bale's Batman.

The Batman's Joker - Something with a hammer and hitting yourself in the head with it.
