I think the Os-web was like 90% complete and Pete took it to 100%.

I personally think that Peter should try and get another internship at Oscorp and maybe try and retrieve some spiders from the spider-room so that he might be able to create his own formula of bio-cable that's even more specialized.

I don't understand that theory because he can't actually make his own webbing, it comes from the spiders.

The spiders are at Oscorp. Oscorp takes webs and forms it together into cable (possibly adding extra chemicals), packages it, and sells it in cartridges, possibly alongside another device made to use it (which Peter possibly uses to get an idea for building the webshooters).
