Imgur. ;) Please join in though CC if there is something you find inspiring or thoughtful post it up. Or tell a story. Either way, what I think is the spirit here is what you find wise or insightful, no matter the source.

I always liked this quote.
"I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired"

Forgot who said it, I know the girl who said it on Oprah said who she quoted in that episode.

A gem from my family, simple but oh so true.

My mother's first day of school she came home upset since in her child's understanding of things she thought her teacher was being mean to her. Her words were "The teacher at school doesn't like me." My grandmother's response was just straight and to the point: " In life you will meet many people who don't like you, and most of the time you will never know why."

My mom always says that was an eye opener for her as a child. I mean as kids we all want people to like us but also we kind of expect that too. Her was a mother laying out with no sweetness. In life you aren't always gonna be liked and you probably won't ever know the reason. It puts things into perspective, and in this Internet age of "likes" and personal YouTube channels and Facebook posts ect., is a handy reminder of the reality we all live in.

"I don't like internet celebrity 'A' because...........
I find their videos about entertainment that interest them that is not stereotypical or offensive but I simply don't like make it look good. That asshat."

Like this?

More like people often twist themselves up into knots trying to figure out why someone doesn't like them and that it's better to just accept it and move on.

I think placing this pic here fits this thread.

Mostly due to this quote.
Hah. That actually has a lot of truth to it. Beyoncé doesn't need your $200+ but your buddy Jim's band Stone Cold Rat would appreciate if you had the decency to pay that $20 cover charge at the door of the less than 150 person venue he's playing at this weekend.

Crazy billionaires... Listen to one of your own.
