I couldn't believe my freaking eyes when I saw that. And I always wanted the Movies to be a bit more bloody. Maybe actually see a missing leg, or hand. Just a clean cut with a limb on the floor. Maybe creative camera angles so you don't see the blood gushing out too much. I certainly didn't expect this.

Same here! There were even storyboards of the blood splattering all over the place in the iBook video. I hadn't been totally convinced of the early talk that it was so brutally violent that it risked the PG-13, but about halfway through the video...but now I do!

And it's funny, I read in an interview with Mangold that the reason they were able to get away with Logan's do-it-yourself heart surgery scene was because, according to MPAA rules, he's a mutant and not an actual human.

I wonder if the scene fits perfectly in a spot from the movie or if it is an alternate take on how Logan gets captured... It would be nice if they removed the arrow scene for the unrated cut.

Goodness I hope so. It'd be about time. The fact that the scene featuring the costume (apparently) isn't used to poke fun at it means that it's a real possibility now.

It depends in which scene it would take place.
I think in some funny scenes it would be good. I can't see this costume as the main outfit.

I've always maintained that a black version, ala X-force would work fine if its has a armour quality to it, I mean if it can work for Batman then......

As for the Yellow one that would be a harder one to swallow for some folk, us die hards would love it but I can see the argument that wearing bright yellow holds no practical use, its a damn tricky one that.

I still want to see it myself someday though and it sounds like we took a step closer with TW alternate ending.

Holy alternate ending! I don't know if I could've handled such a tease. But why the hell didn't they go with it? The original ending isn't bad, but ending with a costume tease would have been so cool!

Maybe that's all they wanted it to be. Just a tease. Because they thought they wouldn't be making another sequel. But now that they will be making another one, and don't want Jackman in yellow tights running around, they left it out of the blu-ray/dvd release.

I still think Wolverine has no need for a mask, and there no logical reason why yellow would be his color of choice for a suit. If he has to wear a costume, it should probably look more like the Ultimate or X-Force design.

Good film. Watched the extended one but have no idea what's extended since I've never seen the film before. I think there's an extended fight and maybe some extra stuff with Boss Sashida or whatever he's called.
