Well, um, uh...I find that is a bit scarily like two different bodies put together, like a woman on top, and a 10 yr old on the bottom with legs that start right at the waist with no hips..photoshopped badly together and then professionally painted. The chest area is out of proportion.
Now, we all remember Lynda Carter as WW, if someone doesn't think she wasn't padded? Or that she didn't have to lose weight as a model beyond her stature? Compare:

But Gal, while slim, posted this picture on 03/24/2014 to her Facebook account. I can imagine how good she will represent WW after her diet and work-out regimen, once she starts filming in full costume!

Guys I just wanted to share this awesome cosplay of the injustice costume. I think if they took out those horrendous umm.. pantilines and added straps it would be great.

I like them how they look on women. but for WW don't think so. She needs to move, fight fast and I don't think high heels would do anything good for those things.I don't like the high heels.

Never said anything was wrong. I said I don't understand how some can't see a difference at least.
let's all cheer "hurray!" trying to say it's a good thing to compare gadot (2014) to a garbage wonder woman series from the 70's. Give me a break. Those comparisons are ludicrous. Yes let's congratulate her for, despite her working w/ gym jones, loooking like a twig from the 70's that's did little to no training. It's not even gadot's fault, they should have cast the role sooner or simply left her out of it till jl. She clearly isn't ready physically. Far from what traue what for mos, which would be an acceptable form for ww. I'm sure, if the script and character are written right, gadot will deliver. But let's stop comparing her to a campy, crap 70's series. You're telling me that's the ideal ww?......

The microscopic difference only serves to accentuate the problem.
Imagine someone told you that they had saved $500 to buy a new house. It would be discouraging even though it's technically progress.
excuse me? Crap 70s show? EXCUSE ME?!Pick up any WW comic from that era and directly place foot in mouth.Let's all cheer "hurray!" trying to say it's a good thing to compare Gadot (2014) to a garbage wonder woman series from the 70's. oh no definitely not for the movie. While I don't think it would suit this movie, this is retro and fun. It could work nicely for an animated WW series. Well done.![]()

How anyone can say that Carter was bigger here than Gadot is now is beyond me. Ignoring the waistline (which is definitely coming from the costume anyways), they are literally the same size.
^ There is a little difference. And that's because Gal is taller than Lynda.
They actually have different body types. If you look closely at Carter's hips, legs and bust size, you'll notice that she has more of a naturally voluptuous (or hourglass) figure. The actress was likely urged to lose a bit of weight for maybe the first two seasons of WW, where she was probably at her thinnest. Gadot, however, is more of an ectomporph. Ectomorphs are defined by their smaller skeletal frames and difficulty putting on weight: they can eat like pigs and still gain very little mass.
Is this ectomporph thing science? I mean, scientific method approved science?
