And than Dr. Mid-Nite fell flat on his face and died.

“Yes, I shall see you back at my Tower.”
The pair arrive on the rooftop of a clinic in the East End of Gotham. As Slade departs, Mordru casts a simple spell of illusion to make himself look like a paramedic, and floats down to the alley on the side of the clinic. The Dark Lord then walks around to the front and enters the building.
The clinic is a busy one, people running around everywhere trying to perform their tasks. Using the Amulet of Anubis, Mordru scans the building for the Scarecrow…and finds him. Strolling down a series of hallways, Mordru comes to a door leading to the pharmaceutical lab and enters. There he sees a tall, lanky man in a doctor’s garb.
“Dr. Murphy I presume? Or should I say, Dr. Jonathan Crane, the Scarecrow?” the still disguised Mordru says with a smile.

 

[Charlie No-One]

“I…I..don’t know who you’re talking about,” Dr Murphy said. With that, Doctor Kellian Murphy ran into the storage room of the clinic and locked the door. How did he find me here?

 

[Savage]

And than Dr. Mid-Nite fell flat on his face and died.

With a thought Mordru drops the disguise and teleports himself into the storage room. “Come now, Dr. Crane. You have nothing to worry about. My name is Mordru, and I am hear to make you an offer. I am inviting you to join our crusade against the heroes. For too long they have lorded over the entire planet, bullying the weak. Forcing people to conform to their ideals under the pretense of justice. We shall brook no more. Myself and other have banded together to strike back at the heroes who reign above you and deal out their hypocritical judgments. We ask that you join our cause. Together we can free this world from their tyrannical grip forevermore.”

 

[Charlie No-One]

“AHHH OH MY GOD! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU?” screamed Crane as the man teleported into the room. “Come now, Dr. Crane. You have nothing to worry about. My name is Mordru, and I am hear to make you an offer. I am inviting you to join our crusade against the heroes. For too long they have lorded over the entire planet, bullying the weak. Forcing people to conform to their ideals under the pretense of justice. We shall brook no more. Together we can free this world from their tyrannical grip forevermore.” Mordru said. “No..not again..no one deserves this..no NOT AGAIN..so many.. SO.many bullies…No…no..but all those bullies…ruining my life…they…THEY..NEED…PUNISHING!” If someone could hear in Crane’s head, they would hear his sanity snap. “Ok. Let’s punish the bullies. Punish the bullies,”

*Dr. Mid-Nite walks out of the shadows*

"Woah, there Cross, didn't see you there. You're becoming more like Bats..." Hal said, surprised.

"Does Bats have a MD?"

"I don't know. I'm afraid to ask him."

"So what do you need? How are you?"

"All right, I guess. Just finished of a gig in Gotham. Crazy gas, people running wild, needed an antidote, that sorta thing. You?"

"I've been a mole in the Dark Alliance..."

"Dark Alliance? The Nazi Occult guys? I thought that was B.P.R.D.'s job..."

"No, Hal. The bastards... they're teaming up. Black Adam, Shade, Deathstroke... they're all working together. They've been killing people. Jade..."

"I know. I heard."

"And..."

"Alfred, Lucius Fox, Perry White, Arsenal, Lian, Northwind, Poison Ivy..."

"How'd you know?"

"I don't know. Lately I've had these visions. Bad stuff, they really are. Something to do with the Source Wall... Big Bang, people are dying... And when I see the end of the world, the end of the Universe, what do I see?"

"What do you see, Hal?"

"I see green. All I see is green..."

OOC: Sorry guy's..I'll edit it. All my steam has gone out and now I just feel stupid.

*Dr. Mid-Nite walks out of the shadows*

"Superman, Hal, John, J'onn, Alan, Wally, Dr. Mid-Night.." She felt a slight inner blush at the last name. Before joling herself to reality, must have been something in that virus.

She listened intently to what everyone had to say.
The Dark Alliance thing threw her off.

"No, Hal. The bastards... they're teaming up. Black Adam, Shade, Deathstroke... they're all working together. They've been killing people. Jade..."
"Shade, THATS who the third person was. Are they keeping him as their Ace?" Thinking about it she zoned out briefly.

"I know. I heard."

"And..."

"Alfred, .... Arsenal, Lian......"

That's when her mind hit the blank. Alfred's name had been enough of a shock to her. But Roy and Lian...

She cleared her throat. "What?" she asked hoarsely as tears crept to her eyes. "What happened to Roy and Lian?"

"Superman, Hal, John, J'onn, Alan, Wally, Dr. Mid-Night.." She felt a slight inner blush at the last name. Before joling herself to reality, must have been something in that virus.

She listened intently to what everyone had to say.
The Dark Alliance thing threw her off.

She cleared her throat. "What?" she asked hoarsely as tears crept to her eyes. "What happened to Roy and Lian?"

Kara stood in the room with tapes in hand. She hadn't seen this many heroes in one place since her christening as Supergirl. The Shade... that must have been the other person who killed Bart. He would have to pay for it. "Then noone is safe. None of us. If they can take out people like Jade and Bart, then they can take out any of us. Even Kal. We need to get rolling on this, we can't sit and wait for them to attack us again!"
The teleporter in the corner fired up, and more heroes walked into the room: Cyborg, Wonder Girl, Beast Boy, Wonder Woman, Starfire, Raven, Speedy, Green Arrow, and Superboy.
"Kara, I got your note and gathered who I could. I couldn't reach Dick or Roy, but I brought everyone I could on short notice."

OOC: Well, I just covered GA and WW Since I left Cas with Diana I assumed she'd still be there... and since Mia lives with Ollie...

"Roy and Lian are dead. I don't know how or why, but they are. Pieter here says the Dark Alliance killed them. I say we pay them a little visit. What do you think?"

Kara stood in the room with tapes in hand. She hadn't seen this many heroes in one place since her christening as Supergirl. The Shade... that must have been the other person who killed Bart. He would have to pay for it. "Then noone is safe. None of us. If they can take out people like Jade and Bart, then they can take out any of us. Even Kal. We need to get rolling on this, we can't sit and wait for them to attack us again!"
The teleporter in the corner fired up, and more heroes walked into the room: Cyborg, Wonder Girl, Beast Boy, Wonder Woman, Starfire, Raven, Speedy, Green Arrow, and Superboy.
"Kara, I got your note and gathered who I could. I couldn't reach Dick or Roy, but I brought everyone I could on short notice."

I look around the room. A mighty assemblage of heroes had gathered, but was this enough? This so-called Dark Alliance had already taken down two young heroes who, had they been given the chance, could have headed the Justice League one day. I'll wait for a little longer, so any stragglers can catch up, I don't want to have to repeat myself.

OOC: And I'm waiting on you, mainly. Batman figures large in the plan.

OOC: I don't want NPC's fighting... it get's out of hand...

OOC: It depends how it is done, and how well the person playing the NPC's know the characters. If you're having them fight just to fight then its out of hand, but as Trop and I showed, if you handle it as seperate characters (our Kid Flash v. Slade and Shade fight with me as Bart and him as Bart and 2 villains) it can work extremely well. I know the Titan's inside and out, like the back of my hand. I could right great fights with any of the characters and not miss a beat.
