The Parasite had just finished taking the form of a janitor named Brian George who worked for LexAerospace and had just swept the freshly drained remains of Brian into his cleanup bin. The task of playing the part of a janitor came naturally to Rudy. ‘Wonder why that is,’ Parasite thought to himself as he remembered his days before he became the monster he was now. Sweeping away floors and scrubbing toilets. ‘Ahh, memories… God, I hate ‘em.’

Rudy made his way into the inner workings of LexAerospace, passing the retinal and DNA scanners with ease, thanks to the dearly departed Brian George’s security clearance. Eventually he came to the 156th floor of the building and entered the floor’s security terminal where two guards greeted him.

“Hey Brian. What’s going on?” asked the first guard.

“Are we still on for poker Friday night?” asked the second guard.

“Yeah. Sure. Whatever.”

The first guard began to sniff the air curiously. “What’s that smell?” he asked. “It smells like something was burnt to a crisp.”

Rudy shifted his eyes back and forth. The smell of the real Brian George’s remains were wafting out of his garbage bin. “Ah, screw it!”

The Parasite reached out and grabbed onto both of the guard’s faces and drained them, leaving nothing but two piles of dust.

 

[Savage]

"He left after Kara."

"Aw cripes. You have got to be kidding me. Can you believe those two? Is this a kryptonian thing?"
So thick headed those two. Why do I even bother?
"Well...You do know where they're headed don't you? We have to stop em. This is a mistake that will cost them their lives..."
I look around and notice I have only 2 able bodied fighters in the room with me.
"...This it? Where's Mid-Nite? What happened to Hal? He was just here before I left. Where's John? It's like everybody went on vacation around here."

 

[Batman]

Nightwing had just gotten out of the bathroom,now with shorter hair,and without a beard.

He actually LOOKED like Nightwing now.

Just then,He heard the announcement over the speaker.

"ALL ACTIVE AND ABLE MEMBERS OF THE JUSTICE LEAGUE, PLEASE REPORT IMMEDIATELY TO THE CONTROL ROOM!"

He nearly jumped at the loudness of it.

Everyone around him did the same.

Putting his towel and razor down,He ran to the locker room,and opened the locker He had stored there,for himself.

Nothing.

Not one mask,not one shirt.......hell,there wasnt even a pair of pants.

He looked down at the costume He was wearing.

It was in shreds.You couldnt even CALL it a costume.

Desperate to answer Dinahs call,but not wanting to go into action in he was wearing.......He turned to Bruces locker.


"..No.He'd KILL me."Dick said to himself.

But,as the seconds passed..Dick was starting to lose intrest in that.


So.....He pulled out the cape and cowl of Batman.....and with a gulp....starting changing......


"Im gonna get fired for SURE..."He said to himself,walking out in full Batman gear.


The last time He had donned Bruces suit was YEARS ago.....when Bruce needed him to fill in.

At least Bruce KNEW about it that time......


So,taking in a deep breath.....he stepped out,and walked towards the Control room.


Along the way,He got multiple stares.

Whether that was due to the fact that Dick was walking around in a Batsuit.......or that they actually BELIEVED he was Batman......was something only they knew.


He hated this.....But...He had to wear SOMETHING....and anything other than that shred of a costume wearing would do......even if it meant running around dressed as his mentor,whos currently in sugery....


He got to the control room,and took a deep breath,before entering.

If Bruce wasnt going to kill him...Barbara certainly would...




OOC:Yes....I know your thinking....."WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!?!?!"......But Im not out to replace Bruce or anything.......I just figured Dick would need something else to wear........So yes,I had him steal one of Batmans suits......and Yes,I did it out of my love for the character of Batman...............and yes,I am rambling on and on about this..........Is that a crime?


JRK or batnkevlar....or both,If you want,I can edit.

I didnt know what the policy on stealing another players characters costume was,so I figured I'd run with it,to see what the reaction would be.....just so I would know.

Its meant to be a gag,really......Cause I know Dick wouldnt be that believeable as Batman,and I know the other heroes would rip on him just for wearing one of the most iconic superhero costumes....well....ever.

She remembered the last time the JSA had gone to the Tower, how could she have forgotten.
Maybe it was the stress of Kara and Clark.

"Until Clark comes back I'm in command."

She followed his gaze, although she knew exactly what she'd see.
No one but her, Babs and Wally.

She sighed and stepped aside from the control panel, "Care to give it a go?"

Speaking of the devil, he walks into the room. He has a habit of doing that. Guy knows when you even mention his name. Gives me the creeps...Looks a little...slim...though.

His "master plan" wasnt going to be fooling The Flash for long.....

Master Plan,Grayson?Are you kidding?You practically STUMBLED into this costume....How the heck did you think you'd fool anyone?

Dick looked down at himself.

The costume was sagging a bit......probably due to his lack of food back when "Ras" kidnapped him.

In order for him to have last laugh,He'd have to do something drastic.....

"Clarks commiting suicide if He goes down there,as well as Kara.They may be invulnerable to almost anything....but Mordru is a master of the dark arts......something they ARE vulnerable to.We have to go after them as soon as possible,or they're both dead."He said,in his absolute best inpersonation of Batman.

He realised He was getting TOO serious.It was time to REALLY mess with Wally......

"Flash,I need you to run and get me 4 or 6 cups of coffe with cream,sugar,milk,and a lemon...and do it slowly,if thats even possible."

Hopefully that would work.....if not,oh well....it was fun while it lasted.

I wake up in one of the Medbay's beds. The doctor who headed the operation was standing next to me.

"Ah, I see you are now awake. Well, the operation went off without a hitch. You will soon start with your recovery and after a few weeks of that, you should be good as new."

I was partially paying attention to this, when I noticed something interesting in the next room. Wally was talking to someone...with a scalloped cape and horned cowl...

Dick. I can't tell from here, but I KNOW.

"What...the...HELL..."

Kara got to Salem, where it was rumored the Tower of Fate was located. She slowed down to think. Nearly every villain in this alliance is magic based. Thats one of my two weaknesses, a full frontal assault woudl be stupid, and I'd be joining my two dead friends, much sooner than I had hoped. I know I can't take Mordru, but I know I can appeal to Adam's so called honor. That gives me an idea. She flew up into the sky, and started carving into the street with her heat vision, luckily this street was dead right now, so she didn't have to worry about traffic getting caught in the crossfire.

BLACK ADAM, I KNOW YOU'RE WATCHING. COME OUT AND FACE ME. ALONE. I CHALLENGE YOU TO SINGLE COMBAT ON ALL YOUR HONOR.

Hopefully that will do it. She saw a blue and red blur approach. "Kal. What is he doing here?" She then raises her voice to a yell. "KAL! I don't want or need your help cousin. Let me face the monster on my own!"

Okay, now this is just getting plain odd. If this is who I think it is then we better take him out now.

I rush over to him and grab him in a headlock with my other hand on the top of his head.

Vulgar? Yes. I know. But this skidmark killed my cousin and this is my chance and I'll be damned if I let him get away this time!
He spins out ripping the mask off.

My eyes widen as I realized the man in front of me was my former fellow Titan.
"God, I haven't seen you ages!"
I hug the guy and pick him up even.
"Where the hell've you been? Why didn't you call? Why didn't any of you guys tell me he was here? Oh my god it's good to see you!"

After the recent deaths of two titans, one being my cousin even...and with Dick missing for the past few months, you better believe I was worried. This is the first piece of good news I've had in a long time. We go way back. Just knowing he's alive is good enough for me.

"Okay, first things first: What is with the ears? Last I checked you didn't even want your name in the same sentence as the guy."

OOC: Bart isn't Wally's nephew... hes his second cousin. Barry was Wally's uncle making Barry's kids Wally's cousins. Bart is Barry's grandson making him Wally's second cousin

I might end up facing Mordru and the last thing i want is to be reathed in flames again. Is there any chance you can create me some kind of flame ******ant suit that is capable of shifting shape much like my own body?"
"It might take a while but i'll give it a shot" J'onn floated back to the control room. He hit a comm link "This is J'onn im calling to Billy Batson. Come in"
He waited a few seconds then got a response. "This is Billy whats up J'onn."
"We have a situation in which we require your assistance. Are you ok to come to the watchtower?"
"Yeah sure. Can you teleport me?" J'onn flicked a switch. Billy arrived in the tower. Over the next hour or so J'onn, Flash and Oracle filled him in on everything that had happened. He was ready to face Black Adam...
