Yep...still dumb. I'd have had HHH recruit Sheamus (since Sheamus beat Bryan in 18 seconds for the belt once). However, the reason why they have evil monster Kane is SPECIFICALLY to involve the Bella. She was never at Bryan's side until the week that they started the slasher Kane storyline. Flair willing, they'll take her out as soon as its over.

Honestly, I wonder how much of Brie being involved had more to do with the sad news of Bryan's father passing away. The Raw he came back where they really kicked off the Kane angle, you could tell the poor guy was super emotional and I don't blame them for sending his wife out for moral support. It all kinda steamrolled from that, so maybe I'm a little more forgiving of all of this for that reason.

I'm up for this, I actually suggested it earlier before Raw started.

And was the crowd really that dead for Big E/Barrett? I had it on mute while I was on the phone, and it looked like a really solid match. Brutal too, those two guys wailed on each other.
