As for Roman giving AJ a better match ... Jericho did great at telling the in ring story. AJ basically did all the work here, but they could do more since Reigns is younger and more athletic than Jericho. But AJ totally carried this match.

I think Roman is just like Cena in this regard. You put him in the ring with the right guy and he can deliver a decent match.

I thought Jericho looker horrible in those matches. He slowed AJ down and I felt nothing about what he did was great.

Exactly....Jericho has to pace himself in a way that Reigns doesn't, but the story told in the Jericho matches was WAY better.

The only thing I fault Jericho for in his matches against AJ was that there were times he was OBVIOUSLY out of position for certain moves.

While AJ carried the match I gotta say that Roman sold more and better than I've seen him do in some time.

What I like most about the match is that AJ doesn't come away looking any weaker than he did going in. In fact both guys came out looking better.

A cage match was the original plan. Could still be with the rationale that Anderson/Gallows and the Uso's got involved so perhaps a cage will keep them out. Maybe an Extreme Rules/Cage hybrid match.
