I agree with what everyone has said so far, but what got the biggest laugh (yet wasn't supposed to) was the big ass picture of Norman Osborn. Willem Dafoe staring at us was hilarious. The whole theater was laughing at that. Everyone was like "WTF?!?"

Oh yea, doesn't that sort of cancel out the Lizard possibility in SM4? If he's not a biologist, how can he study lizards?

Harry saying "So, my father dead" while he was in the hospital. He delivered it with a smile on his face, and said it as if he was asking if his goldfish had just died on some ****..wtf?

During the final battle, the little kids that kept saying "awesome". Very cringe worthy.

The amount of time Spidey had on no mask, had to greatly outweight the time's he had on it. In the age of camera phones, you would think that someone got a pic of his damn face. Especially when he was about to accept the key to the city. I was like o.k, enough with the mask removal already.

Never once in the movie did I ask "What was the point of that?"

Everything in the film had a clear and distinct point.

1. ok so the suit joins with eddie in the tower, he becomes venom...then what!? Peter is naked at the top of the tower, venom is just created and thats the scene. No reason to explain how they leave, does venom walk out the front door and spidey websling home naked?

I thought that too.

When you start thinking about the whole movie, like we are all doing on this boards, you realize that the Raimi brothers made a horrible script, there are major plot holes, rushed scenes, unexplained things. The thing I really say WTF is Sandman. The character deserved SO much more.

Also WTF: too many faces, too many tears. How is Venom's face again? I think I missed it. How is Spider-Man's mask? I think I missed that too.

My WTF moments:

-They constantly had to have Venom retract his mask huh? It was okay when he revealed himself to Peter but to Sandman and all the other times to Spidey!? You don't need to do that, Spidey already knows your Venom, Brock

-Sandman just like at the end" I killed your uncle on accident. Sorry" and then flies away in a sand cloud...thing.

-That Peter probably spent more time in the costume with the mask off rather than on.

-How they constantly had to show the crowd's reaction at Battle Royale. If you had a brain, you should have gotten your ass outta the construction site especially after Sandman got huge

-How everybody apparently has really really good vision.

Let's see. My WTF moments were:

-After the symbiote gets on Peter and he looks at his reflection, he pulls his hair down. Oh yeah, you ARE one bad boy! lol
-The whole MJ and Harry dancing in the kitchen. It was cute, but was it needed? No.
-Emo Peter pimping out his piano skills. I didn't expect that. I was like WTF?!
-Harry smiling all the freaking time. He was just too damn happy. At least they balanced it out with Emo Peter
-Stan Lee's cameo. I liked his cameos in the first two, but this one came out of nowhere. I laughed and then went WTF just happened?!?
-Venom. I wasn't too impressed with how he looked. I don't know what I was expecting. I guess all the hype gave me high expectations.
-The butler admitting how Norman really died. It seemed out of place and too convenient. It was just placed there so Harry could redeem himself.
-the whole half mask half face bit. It was already done in SM1. It wasn't really needed again in this one.
-The very last scene. No final swinging scene or "I am Spider-Man" bit? That was a letdown.

Well those are my WTF moments. I still did enjoy the film. I thought the whole bit with Emo Peter struting down the street was funny. I knew about that scene beforehand, so I wasn't surprised or anything. The movie is still better than most movies out there. It just wasn't as good as SM 1 or 2.

On a brighter note, Gwen had some good cleavage there. It was kind of like a WTF moment since I didn't expect her to have good cleavage. I was pleasantly surprised.

Another, I don't care if Harry finally discovered that Peter never really killed his father, if someone disfigured half my face and ruined the rest of my life, I would never go help them and team up in such a jovial manner, I'd be ****ing pissed

Was it me or did this film to seem to have a lot of soundbytes from the first two films? Even characters said the same things! I just thought that Raimi knew he had a huge job to do, so he took the good from SM1 and SM2 and kind of forget to construct the script.

With all those camera, no one got a shot of Parker face. His mask was off during most of the fight. If they can zoom in on MJ face so high up in the cab , Why can't they zoom in on Parker face fight venom on the way down, putting his mask on, on the ground, hearing why sandman kill Ben.

We totally lost count of all the unessasary, random or just plain **** sequences in this thing. I really went out thinking I could have done a better job, common sense producers, come on...At some point somebody must have though 'Yeah, lets have Peter Dancing and pointin out the hot chicks, that'll be awesome'. I think they relied ALOT on coincidence too. Like how did Venom run into Sandman? Out of chance....

Venom tells Sandman he was looking for him, that's how.

The basketball scene. I got home at three in the morning, and popped in sm1 and 2 thinking i missed something or forgot about it, but there was no mention of Peter and Harry playing basketball. WTF
