I'm not talking about her life, I mean her face.
Oh, I know! Her face got jacked up.

What's being black have to do with it? We don't all like the same thing.
Perry's plays suck too, btw...
TNT has Leverage, which was a HUGE hit for them last year....I read that Raising the Bar is good, but it doesnt interest me
Raising the Bar and Hawthorne are really bad, imo. The dialogue and acting are so cheesy and cringe-worthy.

They're probably scared that an action movie with a female lead won't perform well at the B. O. or won't be worth the investment it would take to make Wonder Woman

They're waiting for someone else...cough, Marvel, cough...to take the risk and crack the elusive code that will make superheroine movies viable. Then WB/DC will copy it, just like they're doing once Marvel cracked the code on how to make a big superhero movie w/ a much lesser known hero.![]()

I doubt Marvel goes to that well any time soon after the Elektra fiasco
Probably....Id love to see Marvel really take a risk and make Luke Cage...I think you can tell a really good story with it and not have it come across as a "black film"
You're probably right. But I'm sure at some point they'd like to have a successful She-Hulk or Ms. Marvel movie. They WILL try again.
come to think of it, I don't think Marvel has had that many strong female leads in any of their movies. I'm not saying they were bad, just not memorable.
True, but DC doesn't have ANY.
Seriously the only female characters that i have been able to stand at the end of their run are Aunt May and Gweneth Paltrow
I'd go for a Ms. Marvel/Warbird/Binary/whatever the **** her name is this month movie
t: So would I - if they did a decent job with the script and got a good enough actress for the role.Seriously the only female characters that i have been able to stand at the end of their run are Aunt May and Gweneth Paltrow
I don't understand why the hell Law and Order is on like every day on five different channels. Every time I turn on the tv there's at least one LAO on. It's not even that good of a show. It's so damn bland and uninteresting.
