Things you wanna see in Spidey 3

Electro and Mysterio finally getting married......at the end of course....they are never in the movie until that part. Both in there costumes and the priest can be Rhino

something that they will probably cash in on in the toy production.

Not in order of importance...

- Snow. Change of season. Foreboding of more darker things to come in SM3.

- Death of a loved one.

- Intensenity notched way up. (See death of a loved one above)

- It getting personal between Peter and the villain

- More characters from Spidey's rich cast of supporting characters

- A potential new love interest

- See Spidey get his butt handed to him in extreme fashion, early on by primary, or one of the primary villains.

- Openning scene with Peter kneeling in front of a gravestone, with snow falling (during his voice over). We can't see who's grave it is, and can't tell by his narrative. SM3 is told in flashback. Could be Uncle Ben's grave, could be Norman's, could be Aunt May, Harry, MJ... ;) Intense Babyyyy... Nuthin but intensity.

I like the grave scene and the snow.

Which loved one would you like to die?

Good question. Basically 3 to choose from with the setup as is now. Wish it could be 4 or 5, if they had introduced another love interest (say Gwen Stacy and her father). But, I digress. ;)

Top Choice (for me) #1: MJ - Fitting telling of Spidey's greatest arc IMO. Death of Gwen Stacy at the hands of a Goblin. MJ, is basically the equivalent of Gwen in the movie timeline. And Harry should be more of Goblin than his father, simply based on the writing/story. a) he loved/was infatuated with MJ b) More personal with Peter (like a brother to him, MJ in the love triangle between the two, Spider-Man (Peter) killed his father in his mind (take note that it was never explained to Harry how Norman was killed... important to the storyline IMO), Harry knows Peter's secret from the beginning, Peter does not know Harry's secret. I see Harry torturing Peter with this advantage (say... at a dinner party of some other public function... where Peter will realize to his horror... Harry is the Goblin)

#2 - Harry - sweet poetic justice. A darker SM3. More guilt for our hero to deal with.

#3 Aunt May - if they do, they have to play the card where Aunt May confronts Peter that she knows his secret... before they do the deed. HAVE TO. Could be sooo powerful. And Aunt May's death does not have to be at the hands of a villain either... extremely powerful... potential. ;)

I'd just like to see spidey, the lizard and gg2 in the same movie with insane action.

Here is what I think of your choices:

#1 MJ- Having her die kind of ruins the guy gets the girl theme. Most fans would not see it coming. I would not like to see this one unless they do it perfectly and understand the consequnces of killing her.

# 2 Harry- This I could see working. It would also be really intense if Harry sacrificed himself to save Spider-Man or MJ against the other villian, Lizard hopefully, and was killed in the process.

#2 Aunt May - This choice is the most obvious. It really depends on how they do it, like you said if she tells peter she knows it works great.

I do think someone will die in the third movie, whether or not it is from the list above remains to be seen.

I'd like to see Spider-Man. I have a feeling I'll be the only one on this board who will be completely satisfied.

I want to see Doc Ock fight Spidey with six arms and the symbiote costume and Venom and Carnage and Mysterio and Kraven and NO BLACK CAT.

I'd like the films to be more realistic.

the majority of the characters just don't act normal enough for me.

replace the majority of people in real life with the characters in the films and there would be a completely different story on our hands.

There needs to be a better translation of these 2D characters into the real world, otherwise these films will remain stereotyped as 'Comic Book Movies' and will never get proper recognition from the average movie going public.

but as a fanboy, i would happily watch 2 hours of webslinging, nothing else is necessary.

(preferably webslinging like in the first film, and not the OVerweight webslinging from the second (you could tell Parker had been scoffing down some of Mr Aziz's pizzas):o )

I want action like this in Spidey 3.

no joke, he just looks like he weighs a tonne when he web slings at the end of the second movie, he's putting a lot more effort in than the effortless beauty that was seen in the first. that's all

The action needs much more style, needs to be longer and oh yeah hardcore too. Theres not enough out of this world acrobatics incoporated into spidey's casual movements.

Gwen Stacy.
I would to but it's not going to happen.Sony does not give a crap about the fans and what they want,so dont ever expect to see Gwen Stacy in a sequel.Things I would like to see but will never happen as long as sony is making these man-spider movies, are gwen Stacy, the character of mary Jane onscreen instead of Gwen Stacy, and the character of spider-man because so far,we have only seen man-spider onscreen.

I'd still like to see Gwen Stacy, I mean here's a different twist on things - what if she becomes a rival romantic interest between Harry and Peter (and Mary Jane) too - but she ultimately redeems Harry?

People are still complaining about the action? What do you people want...a meandering, pointless, 20 minute long Matrix Reloaded freeway chase?

I could understand the complaints about the first movie's action, but the second's?

We didn't get this in the first movie...

Whereas, in the second movie we did get this...

I don't see what you people want. The action in the second movie was a marked improvement over the first movie's action. I mean, Spider-man and Doc Ock moved exactly the way I thought they should have. I guess it's just a case of, "Different strokes for different folks."

what I want to see isn't exactly in the original stories but here goes:The film to start with Peter/Spidey happy for a change and content with his role as a superhero and his relationship with MJ and the first scene should be of a fully confident Spidey taking on one of his smaller foes like Shocker or Rhyno who are robbing a bank or something in that line. Then introduce Venom(I am sure Raimi can make it work we just have to give him some leway with the Symbiote origin) and then after building up the conflict between Venom and Spidey have him kill MJ(he knows spidey's identity and see's it as the ultimate way to hurt PP/Spidey) to set up an emotional and action packed climax where spidey has to decide how far is too far when it comes to justice.:) :spidey: :venom:

An opening sequence between Spidey and Rhino would be nice:)
