As my first post in here, I have a lot of things to add:
For Spidey 3 I would like to see:
** Villains? There are a few things I'd like to point out. I always liked the not-so-important villains (Sandman, Rhino, Mysterio) but you must know that no every person who goes and sees the movie knows the story of this characters. I tried to explain my uncle who Dr. Connors was, or Eddie Brock who was named but never showed. But still they will never understand how exciting is for the fans to see this characters on screen.
What Im trying to say is that as much as we love the story of Spidey and all the villains involved, we must understand that making a movie is not like writing a comic book. It takes years (in the 9th film -is there is any- Tobey Maguire will be what? 45?, the role must be replaced and Spider Man will lose the magic of the first movies) and the audience (not fans) -and the producers and the ones behind the movie- wants to put the big villains on screen, we like it or not.
Venom is a big villain (not one of my favorites I must say) but the origin of him is too long to be in the first hour of the movie (being the second hour all fights). My suggestion would be to put the origin of this villain slowly on this third film (I mean not to make it so important to the plot), and then have a big appearance at the end of the 4th one.
Raimi said he will chose the villain according to what happens to Peter and MJ. It can't be an outsider, it has to be connected with them...
.The Lizard: is a possible villain -but again a scientist?-.
.The Scorpion: I don't think so, the tail looks like a Dr Octopus tentacle.
.Rhino: I would love to see this villain smashing cars and stuff! (I liked those ideas about having a minor villain at the beginning).
.Shocker: Nah.
.Mysterio: What I like about this villain is that with the illusions and stuff, writters can create a lot of interesting fight scenes. Still, I don't see it for the third one.
.Dr Octopus: I would like to see a cameo but ONLY if he appears in jail, with the tentacles on the walls (remember the end of the animated series -1996-?). But I'll look like the Arkham Asylum in Batman, almost every villain ended there (buuuu).
.Green Goblin: If he doesn't appear with that horrible Power Ranger mask and make it more like in the comics, it's ok by me.
.Carnage: To be honest, I like more this villain than Venom. The fact that the guy is like crazy or something makes it even more interesting. I can't see it even if Venom appears.
.Man Wolf: Nah.
.The Vulture: Another green flying villain? Not possible.
.Kraven: I don't like this villain. Nah.
.Hobgoblin: It should come before the GG 2. But I don't see it coming.
.Sandman: As I said before, one of my favorites. Maybe it could be at the beginning like Rhino.
.Electro: Mmm... please don't make it Red Skull's son!
Although I would love to see the Sinixter Six... we know that's not possible.
** More 'comic scenes' (like the one with the suit on the garbage, images like that).
** Peter using his powers on his normal life, crawling walls as Peter and not Spidey (I remember an old episode where he takes off his shoes and enters the university from the roof). Stuff like that.
** Less Spidey's unmasking, definetely.
** More comic book's hints. In X Men 2, Colossus appeared, Jubilee too. I like that sort of stuff for fans. And Raimi's a big fan, he should use his knowledge!
** The idea of weather changing is pretty interesting. In the first one, it was raining while that kiss (OMG! So jealous of him!!!), but we never saw him swinging on his web. The snow idea is great.
** When I saw Spider Man 2 for the first time, I thought Ms Brent was going to be more involved on the story, but she wasn't! I think is a great time to make her the other love interest of Peter (plus, she's hot!).
** If the PP-MJ wedding should be on any of the Spider Man sequels, the Green Goblin MUST be involved, somehow.
** Please make Peter more funny! And like someone said, Peter has brown eyes, da*m it!
** The web shooters story. Oh well, I have to say the idea of make them organic was not a good move for fans, but still looked cool. Maybe Peter could create his won web -shooters (like the comic books) to improve different styles of web.
** More JJJ. This is by far the best performed character. 'Ms Brent... bring me a violin!'
** More Spider Sense. It was used only a couple of times on this one (the car scene and...?), but perhaps he did use it, without the sound (for example, the train sequence, when the other one comes and almost hit him). Who knows.
Can somebody explain me why Harry is on MJ's wedding? He should be trying to find out what happened with Norman! I thought it was an editing error. But perhaps that little smile on his face was his other-half (GG)?
OK I'll stop writing cause this is my first post and you guys would like to kill me... hehe.
