Pete doesn't need to go to the hospital for a bullet wound as he is a superhumaly fast healer (obviously not as fast as the Wolverine or the Hulk).
Peter's leg would have been more or less completely healed by the time he got home.

Not to mention we don't know if the bullet actually went into the leg or simply grazed him, and/or passed straight through the flesh.

A great villain. Is that so much to ask? Every Spider-Man villain is some science expermient gone wrong, or a faceless / cheesy villain ala Goblin, Lizard, etc.

Give me a compelling antagonist.

Hell, in ASM I rather have watched him fight local crime while having to avoid authorities for the entire movie. I enjoyed seeing him be cocky fighting local crime. Once the Lizard entered the fray the film took a MAJOR hit.

I have to agree, act 1 and act 2 is way better than the 3rd act. ASM2 needs an engaging villian.

Would love to see Mysterio and Shocker at some point. 2 of my favs. Mysterio might look a little goofy on screen, but I found this on Deviant Art, and thought it was a pretty good redesign

I like this. I'd still prefer the fishbowl over the hood and those mechanical doohickeys around his neck and jaw, though.

In real world, usually you see tweaks in later films. In the previous trilogy there's subtle changes to Spidey's suit--the symbol, slight change of colour. The designers take the things they think worked and add to them. They do this for the 'Cool, something new' factor, and for toys, and to spend all that money the studio just dumped on them. They can incorporate this into the movie world. He's still a young kid and his costume's getting shredded. Maybe this season's bobsleigh costume is different, or maybe there's a sale in another section. Maybe Peter will decide that he needs a belt and the stripes down his legs look silly. It would just make sense to me if his costume did appear different, just because he's had to make a new one and it's not always going to come out the same way.

One thing I really want to see is GG destroy Mentally,it would be awesome and be a new take on the character

GG kills Gwen and mocks Peter on how he is responsible for the deaths of Cp Stacy,Gwen Stacy and Uncle Ben.Peter is shattered emotionally and starts to doubt himself

Then maybe something like MJ consoling him and building up his belief so that he gains confidence again and defeats GG,it would help with the MJ arc aswell and it would be an excellent take on how their relationship builds instead of making Peter look like a idiot for hooking up with MJ immediately after Gwen's death
