We can´t just take pics from any site cuz it spends their bandwith and sometimes the owner/uploader of the pic retaliates turning the image into a porn one, and that can get you banned. The images SHH puts on the main page are usually okay. The ideal thing is for you to upload the pic on a free image hosting site like Photobucket or Imageshack first, but if someone posts here a pic they uploaded, you can use it too. You copy and paste the url and put this

after the url.
