For me it was the rainbow bridge scene at the end of Ragnarok - nothing has come close to the powers he put on display. Although I know why some would choose the neutron star blast in IG.

The rainbow bridge moment is definitely up there. Amazing scene. I would also rate Thor battling Surtur in Muspelheim and the Sakaar gladiatorial contest against the Hulk.

Waititi actually gave us some of the most incredible Thor moments of all the films but you have to view the whole thing through this kind of absurd comedy lens. And that's why overall I prefer Infinity War Thor because that version seemed to deliver the perfect balance of humor and gravitas with the character that I've been craving to see all this time and I don't think anyone else has achieved so far.
