Thor's power level

Yea, but if you equalised their speed, Thor would trash Supes. About the same level of strength, but it's all the wacky powers he gets with Mjolnir that'd give him the advantage.

Don't forget about Thor having MUCH better fighting skills, besides Supes hardly ever uses his FTL speed in fights.

My intent had been to post something ostensibly on-topic but which obliquely gave Bren a little bit of grief for having stirred the pot.

The glory fight is one of my favorites of Thor, and it's the last time I recall Thor looking like the Thor of all, for some reason, this fight reminded me of the classic Thor.

In the avengers movie i think they didnt show thors physical strenght enough, it was downplayed to hype up the hulk, but everyone know thor has strenght on par with hulk.

Yeah that fight was awesome, I love the fact that it was in space and forced Thor to pull out hug moves. I also think the overall size and scope of the fight added on to it's epicness.

I want Thor to continue using grappling moves except this time I want his slams to make craters.

Thor's strength had to be downplayed in favor of Hulk's, strength is all the Hulk has while Thor has many more.

Actually the first time they fought Algrim wasn't Kurse yet and Thor is stronger than Algrim. So that's probably what's gonna happen, Thor kicks his ass only for him to come back as Kurse and Thor will beat him again after a hard battle.

I like the idea so long as they can show it without it looking fakey.

A part of me, of course, wonders if the cape would not just tear off. I was thinking along the same lines when I was thinking about Thor slamming Kurse to the turf--would one of the horns break off Kurse's helmet?

Do costumes ever get damaged in these match-ups?
