Class 1- powers not viewed overly dangerous but when used in certain manner can do harm

I add other characters from other sources just to show the relative strength of the person and why there classed they way they are. This is my opinion, of course.

His post doesn't even make any sense. There's no "raw power" to quantify if each power is unique enough in the first place. It's like saying that a tidal wave has more "power" than a thunderstorm - the two things do very different things, and the only measure of their power is how much damage they do.

The problem here, of course, is that the two things can do immensely varying amounts of damage each time they occur. In one situation one is more damaging, in another the other one is. The same goes for mutant powers - the level of destruction is directly correlative to situation, creativity, and just how intense the mutant is being.

No its not. In the comic Magnetos power so great its said he can shift the earth of its rotational axis killing everyone. Storm can call lighting. And a blizzard. And a tornado. Yes they kill people but, im pretty sure he could do more of the killing then her. By the way Storm couldnt wipe Magnetos ass with all her power.

Actually uknowho, you're incorrect. Magneto controls the electromagnetic spectrum, which as I said earlier means he can control magnetism, metal, electricity, tectonics (earthquakes), solar energy, radiation, and a whole assload of other things.

I'd definitely put Magneto and Xavier in a class alone.

Below Phoenix and above everyone else. To say that Pyro or Iceman or even Storm is in the same class as someone like Xavier is crazy. If they squared off Xavier could just control them to do his bidding. Or concentrate hard enough and kill them.

It sounds to me like you're trying to make Storm as powerful as Phoenix. I'm sorry but Storm is not as powerful as you think she is, especially not the movie version.

Storm is not as powerul as Pheonix, the Pheonix is the most powerful mutie ever I believe...but she certainly isnt in the same level(level 3) as Wolvie and Beast.

Im not saying shes more powerful than mags or Xavier but I cant say shes too far behind in some instances.

Xavior is powerful and is only second to Phoenix, that I agree.

But for someone who only controls metal to be more powerful than someone who controls all the elements of the weather is preposterous.

Phoenix is hands down the most powerful mutant. If you don't read the comics, shut up and read about Jean Grey, then you will understand why no one even comes close to being as powerful as her.
