I'm not sure which is worse- the lack of trailer or the sever amount of teasing from those pictures, which look very beautiful. I hope this does have some more soap opera elements to it to balance out the rumored comedic bits.

Another day, another no trailer. :csad:

You son of a ***** !!

I always get a little excited when someone bumps this thread... then I quickly realise WB hates me. :csad:

YES, I knew we'd have it by the end of this week. It's about f*****g time!

Her natural hair is a lite brown really. It probably qualifies as blonde, but that isn't how I would describe it.

Did you even read the article I linked to? :whatever:

First off, it's Eva herself who says she is a natural blonde and there is a huge difference between dark blonde and light brown(I've got dark blonde hair and there is no way it could ever be mistaken for light brown). Also, she hasn't used her natural hair color in any of the films she has done, and the only place to see her with her natural hair color would be images taken of her before she was 14.

Wait, I'll help. Here's a photo of Eva as a child... she's the one in the middle(the other two are her mother Marlène Jobert and her sister). If you think that is light brown, you might need to have your eyes checked.

UGH FINALLY... Nice way to get some quick exposure.

Lets hope its awesome.

Thursday, huh?

Not. Soon. Enough. :cmad:

They've just added a video for the upcoming show and there's a few quick seconds of footage from Dark Shadows. Looks phenomenal.
Yes it does. It'll be interesting to see the tone of the trailer because those visuals don't look comedic AT ALL.

Barnabas rising from the coffin + official logo =:up:

People who watched the show, any insight as to why it appears that Chloe's character is wearing a straight jacket in an asylum? Spoiler tag if necessary, but that shot really intrigued me.

I'm pretty far along in the original series, and I can't seem to think of a situation in the show when her character was put away into an asylum. Of course, her character was changed drastically for the movie: in the show her character is in her 20s and very girly. For the movie they obviously made her younger and gave her some kind of "dark secret." So we'll just have to wait and see.

I was wondering if perhaps that place is Windcliff? Maybe there's a sub-plot that tie Carolyn with Julia Hoffman.

Thanks, I guess it's just something they've come up with for the movie then.

Could be. I know they changed Hoffman to be the family psychiatrist, so it wouldn't surprise me if she were the reason Carolyn would end up there. Either way, I'm really excited to see the trailer and how everything plays out in the movie.

Ok, looking at those screencaps, it doesn't look like it's Chloe/Carolyn. Maybe Victoria Winters?

Now that you mention it, yeah. But I'm thinking it's Josette, in the show Victoria resembled very closely to Josette, I'm thinking they've kept it in the film. Barnabas was suppose to marry her but along came Angelique in the picture and without saying too much, let's just say things didn't end well.
