LOL i know. So what makes it okay to have people come here and say FF sucks but its not okay to go else were and say the samething without people getting mad and reporting you.

^ That's what happened to me when the first film came out. I went to the Batman boards to give them a taste and I got put on probation while the FF bashers kept it up here with no repurcussions. Oh well. LOL

Why would you do that? That sounds so childish.:o "He hit me first".:whatever:

Ignore the bloats, don't become one of them.

Been too crazed...
Current mood: productive

Sorry guys, I haven't exactly kept my end of the bargain. Shooting has been going well. We are all over the place...lots of locations. Don't want to give away too much but our Fan 4 travel quite a bit through this one.

I know you all must have had a good time checking out the wedding photos. Whadayagonnado? We were kinda exposed. But there are still some surprises coming in that one. I'm having a ball with Ben Grimm in clothes though. Michael is too. The last film we couldn't really go there but now he's very comfortable with himself. Ben that is, not Michael.

Starting to see a lot of stuff from WETA on Surfer. Bad ass Ladies and Gentlemen. Trust me - digital is the way to go with this. You can't do this stuff for real.

Well I know I owe you guys more words but I just got in and it's time to prep for tomorrow and get some sleep.

Peaces.

Tim Story

From his blog tonight.

Tim's not fibbing when he says SS is going to look terrific - I can't wait to see what Doug does with the character.

HM

BTW, Doug has done one scene so far,and it's going to be astounding and look tres amazing, if a little chilly.

HM

Is the chilly thing a hint? Are they in a chilly place for a particular reason? Ice crystals? Scenes in space? Perhaps the Surfer is hiding behind the tail of a comet approaching earth to remain un-detected. :)

Are you refering to a 30 min long scene where The Silver Surfer comes to earth and spends the time trying to order an Ice Cream cone?

not a lot was said but i apreciate him saying anything as i can imagine how busy he must be. I mean he even said he had to prep for work then go bed, now that is a mark of a busy man.

cant wait to see surfer, oh man i wanna see him now!!

Love what I read. Thanks Tim. Bad ass SS ? Oh yes. More traveling ? In the Fantasicar ? Oh yea. I think all the actors will be more comfortable this time around. Which should translate into a much better, more polished movie. :woot: I can't wait. :hyper: Time to get excited.

Silver Surfer was the first comic book that I've ever read, that made me feel as though I wanted to be more than just human. It made me hate the idea that my flesh could tear so easily, and that anyone with a gun or knife could end it all for me. Most importantly, there is no alter-ego to shed, he held the power of soaring through space and could make love to the very heart of a star--a talent that I have always wanted to possess. I don't want to feel human when I'm living in the skin of the Surfer...make it so...or I will rain down on you Timmy like the hammer of the mighty Thor.

I feel you, well only to the part that the SS was my first comic. I also want him done right, because it was a poster that i saw of him in the comic shop window that I passed by often that got me interested in comics. I really hope Fox doesn't screw him and galactus up.
